Slow service. I’m an employee at the mall and sometimes I’ve lunch at tim but I’ve to stand in long lines. Employees don’t have much time to waste during their breaks. They have 3 counters but only 1 is functional. At least give some kind of quick access to the employees of the mall.
Bad service. Employee named Diya was so rude with me. I ordered two sandwiches and one was customised. I asked her which one is customised she didn’t answer politely and Ms. Diya was so arrogant on that question . We had a bad experience. She need to learn how to talk with customers.
Ordered about $20 worth of food and drinks…asked for a medium hot water as well to warm my babies milk and was charged for it…asked why…bad attitude karen behind the counter said “water isnt free”. Was there on 3/11/2022 around 4pm. Service is terrible
I was expecting to have a Tim biebs box one …then they give me a paper bags …Excuse me!?

Service is very quick, place looks clean and quality is similar to most other Tim Hortons stores.
There were 5 to6 employees infront of me out of which one was taking cash. Two were constantly talking. One was one phone and one was changing garbages. The line was so big. None of them was caring about the line which was growing each minute. Just the cashier was doing good job. So slow service!!
Never have I ever had a good experience here, and I've been here more than a few times. Either they don't get my order right, or the quality of the food is poor.
