Review Mcdonald's - Concord

2022 January 2.5★ This McDonald's continues to be super busy, especially the drive through. The drive through is horrendously long and often it's blocked because of the setup and proximity to the exit. This causes a block up of the entrances. The long lines are also indicative of the speed of service. Jun 2021. 3★ This McDonald's shares all similarities with many of the other McDonald's around the city. Ample space inside the restaurant, decent amount of parking and a convinent drive through. The service is ok. There only negative is the lack of following rules with number of patrons. A limit of 5 and people continue to come inside. Staff wasn't quick to respond. They should have had someone at the door limiting guests. Otherwise, it's ok

Number one garbage employee at this time, ordered 2 cream and three suger. See the color of the 2 cream. Added no suger and old coffee taste. Today is going to be my bad day with bad mood by this employee. Always I love mc coffee, but I hate from today

This Restaurant is always busy as it is right by the highway 404 employed does great job, outside patios, pretty clean.. i got what i order!

It was my first visit after Covid to McDd. I ordered their new Grand BigMac w/bacon and a black coffee. The meat which for the recent years I've admired, did not taste the same and was one step lower, the cheese was also one step lower in looks and taste; so was the same story with how the coffee tasted. But I do not judge due to one time visit. I'll try one more time before it would be my final view. By the way the service was fast, clean and courtious.

We ordered a grand big mac with bacon and the bacon was missing. The service was great and the person who took our order and payment was very nice and professional. We were very disappointed when we noticed our order was wrong and we were already on the highway and couldn't go back.

Ridiculous service in the morning time drive thru . This is my 8th time they gave me wrong drink .Super slow they need sharp staff in the morning. They yawn at your face instead. You get late from work and not get the drink you ordered not really nice way to start a day . Their coffee cups always leaking Disgusting seriously

Paid for my order via app - 1st said the extra offer was not available after I chose it (many times like that already, so why offered then); 2nd said error on app that the dinning in option was not available as the location was closed - in fact both the drive through and dinning room were fully opened; 3rd said error in charging my credit card. So it took some time before I went in the location because of app errors. Once I was inside, I waited for about 10 minutes because there was not a designated casher for the walk in customers. Then I found out my credit card was in fact got charged! Waited for another 15 minutes, they came back and told me that Apple pies were not available! So I got part of my order from start to finished in around 40 minutes!!! Then no ketchup, peppers (all in the app order and confirmed with the print out). When asked 3 times, I got a few packs of ketchup 2 peppers and 4 pieces of napkins (which they put on the counter and I did not see them sensitize any space so I basically got 3 pieces of napkins). Not impressed at all.

me and my friend walked in at 10:50, went to the bathroom, and then went to the counter to order at 10:56. when we did, the older lady working started yelling that they're closed and demanding we tell her how we got inside the restaurant. when we told her we simply... walked through the open door??? she said "NO." and "the door was locked". I said, "....clearly it wasn't....." and after loudly exclaiming "NO" a few more times, she insisted that we "snuck in" by "following someone else inside" .... ????????????? ok weirdo, didn't realize you locked the doors at/before 10:56pm anyways considering it says you close at 11PM
