This is the second time this has happened, so I figured I'd post. Both times were at 3 Am so not busy at all. I ordered a plain Mc chicken meal and 10 nuggets to go with it. 6 of the 10 nuggets were old and tough as shoe leather. The Mc chicken was ordered plain and they put lettuce on it and couldn't be bothered to just remove it (they didn't put the sauce on so they obviously knew it was supposed to be plain lol).
Ordered on app for curbside. Waiting longer than should've had to due to mix up with delivery order. Manager came out, apologized, and made it right. Good to know customer service still exists!

Fast food to be expected. Coffee is good. Staff are for the most part friendly.
There is a play room there which is a hit with the children, though it needs to be cleaned more frequently.
Unfortunately it becomes a youth hang out often, which would be fine if there was no profanity. But not all people respect the other customers with younger children. During the days the staff are great about keeping this under control. When management were approached on the situation. They have always gone out of their way to promote a family friendly and safe environment.
The parking lot is dangerous. This needs to be rectified. I have seen more then one accident in this parking lot and I am not that frequent of a visitor.
