The glaza lady was rude named glaza. I paid for a meal and no drink was working, only two root beer and diet pepsi. She told me i have to pay extra for bottle . Made an order online at 6:20pm on a dead winter day, for 7:00Pm. Got there and was parked out front to wait an extra 20 minutes. They didn't get my drink right, didn't give us our cookies, or our sauces.
I spent 50$ and I would expect after waiting 60 minutes I would get what I ordered. Ridiculous

Last time I got chicken there it was half cooked . Not very impressed with Kentucky fried Chicken lately.
I never have any problems here. My only suggestion is when dips are selected online, to fulfill that request, versus asking at the window for online pickups. My "door dash" man was asked and chose different dips, lol.
Do not eat here, this business should be shut down. The old location down the road was well known for food poisoning and it seems they have not changed at all.

Update: quality of food has gone downhill. Last two visits were not very good. Food was not freshly made. Dried up and cold fries.
Went here aftere the movie was good, food was hot.
