Was blessed to get Harsimran and she was unbeilable ,so friendly and so professional so happy to finally try Popeyes ….this made my night ….im from Montreal and I don’t get this type of friendliness !!! She’s an asset

My husband stopped here on our way to Kingston. The chicken was fresh and hot. The two people working were awesome. I highly recommend this location. Not only for the yummy chicken but also for the kind workers/owners.

The people here are great, the service is fast the staff are polite. The food was hot fresh and delicious. My grandson had mild and i had spicy, there is something for everyone.

Ordered the promo Rip and Chicken. The fries and chicken were served hot but were spicy.

This Popeyes location has amazing food and friendly staff. The chicken is always great and every side I've ordered has been consistently good. The kitchen can be observed through the chicken rack and everything I've had from here has been clean and hygenically prepared. This is in contrast to the Port Hope McDonalds location where I found hair in my burger and there the kitchen is hidden from the customer except for where the fries are prepared.. In any case this Popeyes location is fantastic and food and service is top notch. 10/10

I stopped by recently for one of their famous Chicken Sandwiches. I have to say, l was not disappointed. In fact it was a lot better than I lmagined. Not only was it huge but just solid white chicken breast with a tasty coating. The fries were also really good. The store was very clean and counter server was really friendly and upbeat. I will definitely be back. If you can, get the vaccine or Booster and let's beat this thing!!!🇨🇦

I always come here whenever coming to Cobourg. Decent portion in general (occasionally when ordering multi-piece chicken, the number of small pieces could be too high, overall has been ok). Chicken is fried to the right temperature and tastes better than most of other Popeyes. Wait time after ordering can be a bit long.

Took 25 min for the order to be ready but the food is always great

I don’t say this lightly as I am a bit of a chicken sandwich connoisseur per say... but this want the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. As a bonus I met the owners I was waiting for my food and they are great people working hard. I highly recommend the Cobourg establishment Popeyes! Thank you!

Staff were very rude when returning an incorrect order. They judged for returning something and rolled their eyes. There is also a young girl whom often works the front cash. She has been the most unpleasant and catty girl I have met in a retail context. She was laughing and whispering to another worker when returning the item. You are a very unkind and predatory group of uneducated and resentful beings. Will never return to your location as the energy is horrible. Also, being forced to listen to vulgar and trashy music at a loud volume also sets the tone when someone enters your establishment. EDIT: They made it right in my opinion. The majority of the staff are friendly, and it is unfortunate that the actions of one will affect the perception of others. I am thankful to the owners for being so gracious and for reaching out so quickly.

That particular location in Coburn does everything right and is great for parking. Go around the hole Walmart to park out of the way on the side so to not disrupt traffic leaving and don’t litter so we can keep going there in the future. Thanks

Quick service and not so busy place. At least when we came for a stop traveling from Niagara to Montreal
