Review Dalewood Golf Club - Cobourg

Great golf course, beautiful entrance and well maintained golf course. In term of difficulty it’s 7.5 out 10. Very well taking care of fair ways full of mature trees, has ample parking. I went last Sunday with a friend we played 9 holes . As for price was little on high side , got charge $120 for 2 with cart, however when I booked online it’s says $90, not sure why we got charged extra $30 bucks. Overall was great experience, it’s worth to try it.

Great golf course all around! Played the course for the first time and I love it! - Practice facilities are very nice, big putting green by first hole, great range and chipping area too! - Tee boxes are well maintained, nice and flat. - Greens were phenomenal for this time of the year - Fairways, Roughs were well cut and maintained as well. Love the layout of this course, some challenging holes but that's the game! Clubhouse is also very nice, lots of drink options after a nice round. Will definitely be coming back lots this summer.

Very nice course, fairways could use some love but the greens were fine. Would definitely golf here again.

Pretty good course. The fairways were VERY dry and brown but that's probably due to the lack of rain this season thus far. Course seems a bit pricey for what it offered though. Still an enjoyable day out.

We did the virtual during the winter staff is very friendly. I even got a hole in one.

I regularly use the Driving Range, at the Dalewood Golf and Country Club. They offer a large bag of brand new, Taylor Made, golf balls, for only $10. Though I am not a Member, the Staff treats me as if I was one. The Golf Course and Putting Greens are in excellent shape, already this year. It's a challenging Course; so be prepared for a real test of your golf game. Herb T.

We had our wedding reception at Dalewood and we couldn’t have been more impressed with their space! Jen (their Chef/ coordinator/ wedding superstar) went above and beyond in order to make our day perfect (and tasty!). Time and time again she was a step ahead of any issues that cropped up with vendors and handled our changing guest list without batting an eye. Great people, beautiful facility, and really awesome food.

I think the thing I noticed right away at Dalewood was the friendly staff. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. Twilight price was great and we played a good amount of golf for a fair deal. I will say that the fairways and greens were a little rough. Apart from that, it's a good course.

It was our second time going for the Fire and Frost it was very nice. Boys and beers.

Played today…was not expecting the experience we had today. Lush fairways, greens quick but manageable. I would highly recommend this track to anyone in eastern Ontario. Will be back 🇨🇦❤️.

Fabulous course! I've played here several times and the course condition has been excellent every time. Even last year when all the other area courses were dry and miserable to play on, Dalewood was in prestine condition with very well manicured tees, fairways and greens. Always a pleasure to play here! Highly Recommended!

AMAZING! couldn't ask for better. Beautiful venue and Jen was extremely amazing from start to finish! I can't thank her and her staff enough. All of our guests commented on how beautiful dalewood was and everything tied together perfectly, also commented on the food- how good it was! I felt so at ease with Jen helping me and taking care of everything I needed. It was my dream wedding!

Was there yesterday..course not in good shape and tried to get a bite to eat afterwards..kitchen closes at 3?

Played the Heart and Stroke Fundraiser this year and had a enjoyable experience. I had time before tee off and took the time to stock up at the pro shop. The staff was helpfull with our group with new product sales. And fitting. We tested hybrids at the full range and discussed these items over cold beverages at a full bar with plenty of seating. Most impressive is the full picturesque glass windows of the turn. The staff there were just as courteous. Personally; being new. I had problems with mapping the course with the cards given. But had someone with us who was familiar. Full service dinner. Which impressed me than having to stand in line with your plate. So all in all a great day. Go and check it out. Michael K.

I was incredibly happy with the event we held at Dalewood. Jennifer was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs and worked within our budget with ease. The venue and scenery is beautiful and the food was absolutely superb. I raved about the fresh spring roles and peanut chicken satay. Looking forward to planning another event there!

Dalewood was our venue for our wedding in 2010 and it was simply amazing. Every detail was taken care of by the staff and we didn't worry about a thing! From start to finish they were professional and accommodating. And the food was delicious!
