Wonderful, the staff are friendly and always eager to help. Great knowledge on all of the teas and accessories. They make it easy to make a decision, so many flavors of tea to choose from.
The service was excellent. We learnrd about all kinds of teas and the service was excellent. Chris served us and you would have thought he owned the business he knew so much a out all of the teas.

I love their travel mugs. Great customer service and a lot of variety. The only downside is it can get pretty pricey.
