Review The Well - Chilliwack

Only complaint was that it took a while to get seated, and then for anyone to notice we were there, but once the waitress brought us our menus, the service was good, and the food was very good.

Essentially this place serves cheap casino food. They have great prices like the breakfast special before 11am for $5, but the servers seems to hate their jobs and it reflects to quality of service you're going to get here. You won't find a cheaper breakfast, unless you make it yourself. Just don't expect any decent level customer service while you eat here.

6 staff, 20 customer and a 5 minute wait at the entrance. No acknowledgement from staff and the food is worth about 50% of what they charge. BC casinos not like the advertising to say the least. Do yourself and your friends a favor and spend your money some place else.

Hands-down, horrrible. Five tables, 3 empty but with dishes from previous customers sitting there, did not see a single person come out. Only person we saw was bartender. We walked right into the seatimg area, walked around, waited 15 minutes and were not even acknowledged by a waitress. First and last time, won't be going again.

This is my second time during pasta night and I've had two very different experiences which reflects the different reviews here. On this particular occasion, the food was fresh, plentiful and our server was very attentive. Not only did she ask what we'd like to drink but she came to check up on us often to refill our water glasses and take away our plates. She was pleasant, very helpful and in good spirits. The servers at the hot food stations were also very nice and had a great attitude. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

.Food is good and reasonable priced. Been here multiple times. Service is good bit slow but servers are running Just could use a few more servers when busy. Had salmon twice. Good also steaks are very good. We come to watch the bands.

We used to love this place. Good food, good service at a decent price. The service over the last year or so has greatly declined though. Many times when we've been we are left standing at the entrance waiting for someone to seat us. We watch servers walk right by numerous times and completely ignore us. I get that they are busy and in the middle of something but at least acknowledging we are there would be nice. A little eye contact...a comment like "someone will be with you soon" would be nice instead of pretending for 10 mins like we don't exist. It just sets the tone for the whole meal. We've stopped going there because of the service.

Nice decor We had the prime rib dinner buffet. The food was very nice. The service is non existent though. We were shown to our table, our waitress came by, asked if we wanted a menu or the buffet. She took our drink order and we never saw her again until she presented the bill. So, I got our own cutlery and cleared our table. I might suggest a few "busboys" so that the waitresses can take orders and deliver food as half the patrons order the buffet.
