Review Dairy Queen - Chilliwack

Went into the store for takeout, since the drive thru lineup was long. Burger in combo was good but it is very disappointing that the quantity of fries was not enough to fill half the container. And the few we did get were cold Given the profit on fries is second only to soft drinks, it's very disappointing that they cannot fill up the box.

Always good & efficient service here. Food was fresh & hit. Good experience.

I used the drive through. It was unusualy difficult to communicate and an item was missed. It was a bit slow and the kid at the till seemed like they hadn't a clue what they were doing. The food was fine.

The food is cooked to order so its hot and fresh. Their ice cream is always a treat and birthday icecream cakes made to order

Nothing like a cruise in the old car to Dairy Queen on a summer night.😊Drive thru was busy but that was expected. Friendly people at the window. 🤙We will be back.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter's 8th birthday party today and while cutting cake for her friends there was a long dark hair in our cake, stuck in the cold fudge. For the 45 dollars we paid it was absolutely disgusting and disappointing to find this. The worst part is after reading the negative reviews the owner/manager or whomever is responsible to replying to these reviews gives the same response and gives no offer to right the situation....

Usually they are good, but tonight I am absolutely dumbfounded by what they did. We go through the drive through to get blizzards, it’s dark because it’s night and I was holding my dog. But I mentioned they didn’t look right. Got home and they were far from what I ordered. I ordered Oreo royal but they gave me peanut butter. Whatever they make mistakes. I call them to see if I could come back to get the actually ones I ordered and they said yes free of charge! Perfect! NO, they said because we didn’t bring them back to them, because we threw them out at home. That they couldn’t give us free ones. Like you just told me over the phone I would. Anyways made us pay for 1 of them. Got them but not impressed AT ALLLL!

I'm hooked on the Flamethrower burger. It's so good. And they have great onion rings and poutine. The ice cream is great too. But I love the burgers
