Review Homer Restaurant - Chilliwack

A gem newbies need to discover. The Greek ribs are amazing, and the pizza is locally known for its great taste. Service is a bit slower than some restaurants, but the food is worth the wait!

Been going for years. Enjoyable everytime. Frank, Wanda, Anna, Barney, Deborah and all the crew. You are all gonna be missed dearly. A fixture of what Chilliwack stood for. A place you could go to and feel like family. So many good memories. I hope all the best for everyone there. It's almost unbelievable that this day is happening to the wonderful Homer restaurant. Homer restaurant is already missed. Love you all.

Are so sad that they are going to close down my husband and I loved going to this restaurant and having breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast every time you ate there you knew you were going to get a good meal love you guys so much and going to miss you guys and your great cooking. And every time you went there you always got best, the most kind, and respectful people who work there.

Waiting over and hour and 15 mins for a burger and steak. Got tea and aaked for a spoon 3 times and never actually got one.. burger had no favorite.. Was disappointed because i heard it was an amazing place Prices are fantastic tho

Great value at the Homer in Chilliwack! We've been here a few times now.and the food has always been fairly good each time. Photos show the greek platter for two which is a LOT of food and great option if you want leftovers. Everything was tasty although the beef souvlaki was tough. Pros: Food consistency, prices, variety. Cons: Service speed, the owner/manager needs to smile and look like he wants us there. Kitchen staff should not smoke outside where publicly visible - its a huge turn off and makes me wonder and hope they wash their hands after stinking them up. All being said we still like this restaurant and will be back.

Plenty of menu options..... Big portions, lots of flavour. Reasonable prices. I had beef & barley soup with my mushroom shitnzel. We will be back!! You will be disappointed, give it a try! Conscious of vaccine documentation, which was appreciated.

Ordered for delivery, calamari, had no dip,a poutine gravy and cheese on the side, no cheese, 2 patty melts with mushrooms fries for both and side of gravy, no gravy. I'm 3 blocks away and yet my food was all cold. Very disappointed. The rude manager offered credits for the missing food items. Today I went to get them and replaced the poutine and just the dip. What am I supposed to do with just the dip. I've ordered many times and picked it up but had it delivered this time as it was pouring rain. I will never eat there again.

Not as good as it usually is. Not sure if they were off there game that night. I know different cooks usually sometimes make a difference. It's one if my favorite dining places when I'm in Chilliwack so let's hope next time is better.

My family have been going to Homers restaurant for many years now and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys great food; their pizza is the best in town, and their signature lasagna is completely scrumptious. The gravy is outstanding that everyone wishes to know the secret to the recipe, and there are so many things that are so good. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is always so welcoming, you can hear people laughing and chatting. I recommend Homers restaurant to anyone, friends and family. They continue to dine on the very fine tasting meals that the cooks make with care.

Always a great place to eat!! Not to mention there's always, great company and awesome service to go along with that delicious food, I still to this day, recommend Homer's as a great place for a awesome meal �

Usually the food is amazing the service is great and delivery is fast the last three or four times I've ordered has not been the case at all. A few days ago I had ordered from Homer for delivery when the food had arrived it was cold soggy disgusting and not what I wanted or ordered so I called and they said they would replace the food on a credit great I was happy with that so just now I ordered that food on credit and some more food on top of that to have it come to my door for half of it to be missing for the food to be worse than it was the first time fries I asked for extra crispy instead partially still frozen and cold and Soggy and disgusting the burger that I had ordered I wanted extra pickles did not have those extra pickles lettuce wilted the burger soggy and falling apart it's absolutely disgusting and then on top of that to receive my Tzatziki and pita bread not happy at all usually you guys are great so I'd like to know what the hell is going on with you guys

This is my favourite restaurant ever ! Been going there for over 10 years. Food has always been so amazing. Great prices great amount of food. I bring all my friends there and it turns into their favourite place too !! Will always pick Homer's over any other place. Too many favourite dishes to list !! Just go experience it

We really enjoyed this place !!!! Great atmosphere great service !!! Fantastic food !!! Large portions for great price !!!! Haven't been to any restaurants in chilliwack but this struck my heart to return again when back in town !!! Best place to be for a great meal for an fantastic price for family gatherings !!!

Went recently again with my whole family. Every single person was happy and thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Delicious, real food, I totally recommend them for both the food and the fast, friendly staff.

The best chicken mushroom linguini in town. Great wait staff too. Filet mignon was not filet mignon worth, cut was tough, as if cut wasn't aged. All in all, I like this place and will return

The worst food I have ever eaten in a restaurant! Cold lumpy mushroom soup for starter. Vegetable stir-fry; the frozen vegetables were defrosted on rice, the vegetables were not even cooked!! Then the ants in the washroom were all running around my feet!! Disgusting.

I asked if the kitchen Staff could measure the rice in the stir fry. They couldnt. Two scoops. I explained shes diabetic and a measurement would be helpful and ultimately more specific for carb counting. Two scoops. They were nice enough to blend it for us though. Food wasnt good. Tastes like freezer everything.

Great place to eat Very Friendly People :) been going to Homers for years will continue for years :)

The food and service were fine and tasty. Although, if you hadn't been in since the late 80's or early 90's then it's missing something. On the better side, the interior still looks the same, just taste and hours of operations are different. Finally still worth the meal.

Good service but the lamb souvlaki was just average quality but a decent portion size

I have always enjoyed the food but today it was just horrible.... I was not pleased at all.

The pizza I ordered was atrocious. The bottom was soggy, the edges where stale, the presentation was piss poor. The day after I felt very sick. I phoned and compained, only to be written off. Enjoy.

Had one of their brand new burger specials. A havarti burger. It was delicious and alot cheaper then the other over crowded restaurants in chilliwack.

Love this place!! :) We order from here at least once a month and have never been disappointed :) They will even deliver in the middle of a snow storm!! :) Great customer service with fantastic food!! :)
