New owners still working out the kinks. We used to lunch here fairly regularly, came back to find a renovated dining room and new staff. Food was good, everything else was really awkward.

Menu is great, large selection. Vegan, gluten free or regular. Price is great and service is great also! This will be my go to for vietnamese food in Downtown. They do dine in/take out.. lots of space for families and they also have parking in the rear.

The renovations are a 10/10. Super luxurious. The staff are all smiles, and went above and beyond on making sure we were taken care of. The vegetarian pho was delicious too. I will be going here with my family from now on!
