Review The Chopped Leaf - Chilliwack

Absolutely disgusted with what I found in my salad. It looks like feces, not the same consistency as dirt. Got it home to eat it and discovered this unwelcomed treat in my dinner. I then drove back to the store (promontory) and every employee was quick to respond "it wasn't me", not that I asked who made it but instead of apologizing and asking how they can make it right, refund or remake, they were all super defensive and had extremely bad attitudes towards me as if I was to blame for my disgusting salad..?

My wife and myself are trying to look for healthier alternatives to the typical fast-food fare that is offered throughout most cities. We stumbled across the chopped leaf and have found just what we were looking for. Healthier food choices that taste great. We have visited this location a couple times now and have not disappointed. Their wraps and bowls will fill you up but not weigh you down. I've tried the harvest medley, the no 2 bowl and the bangkok. I would have any of them again without issue. So yourself a favour and go to one of their locations and check it out. You can thank me later.

Been ordering for the last several months and absolutely love it every time. I do think it is priced high for what is in them. But I have no complaints with the service, quality or taste. I hope they keep the bold buffalo. Just got that one tonight and it is amazing.

I was craving some veggies so I stopped by after work. Rather disappointing. The romaine was bitter and tough, the tomatoes were rotten and mushy. The dressing was nice but the rotten tomatoes destroyed the flavor. It looked lovely but it was not good. Won't be back.

Good food, but the service could have been a lot better. Took a long time to get a salad, when there was no one else in the store, and the two employees kept going on and on about how they were about to quit, to the point it seemed like they were more focused on that than making food.

I ordered No.1 bowl. It was average, the cheese was dumped in one corner and melted into a solid clump. The added Shrimp had no seasoning at all, shame. Not the chopped leaf I remember pre covid. For $17 I wish I went to Wendy's and got a taco salad. Cheaper and made with better care.

Never like leaving a bad review but I found 2 different hairs in my wrap, I understand this can happen, but then I found what looked like a fingernail in my mouth!!! Gross!!!

Absolutely love this healthy fast food option. The nutty cup is my favorite because it has the evil peanut sauce!!! I enjoy the Bangkok and salad rolls as they to have the peanut sauce.

I just got the vegetarian rolls which I only get when I come here. They were out of the evil peanut sauce (which she told me about and that’s fine) but I still paid $7 for the smallest wraps I’ve seen in my life. One of them seriously has one little piece of lettuce in it and a few pieces of peppers. It’s about 1/3 of the size that it usually is. Pretty disappointed.

I just had the beet bowl it was fantastic! They never disappoint

Love this place, the staff are absolutely amazing,the food is good. It's great having a quick healthy option available that the whole family loves!

I love the menu at the Chopped Leaf. My personal favourite is the Popeye Salad with chicken. My personal concern is with the door. I injured the heel on my foot on the door hook/cuff thing which I'm guessing is an additional security feature. It caused me significant pain & took longer to heal than most injuries. An employee told me she had also injured her foot on that door. I would suggest that people are careful entering & exiting due to their door.

I've noticed that the staff have become rude there and not sure why. Hearing from a lot of others as well. With Freshii coming soon at Garrison Crossing might just start noting less customers! Shame because the food is good, but rude service is huge!

Comfortable environment, delicious food, and friendly staff who are always ready to help make your day a bit healthier!

Love the food, but every time I go in something is always missing. I love stopping in on my way to riding my clients horses but most time I'm on a tight schedule between jobs trying to fight on my clients. The food tastes great but would love having everything in my salad that's supposed to be there.

So this was my FIRST experience at the chopped leaf. It would've been excellent if the one employee didn't throw my sauce in the garbage when I asked her to use the rest on my wrap. I was given a sample by the other employee at the till of the goddess sauce and it was amazing so I got the sunshine wrap. I asked if they could use the rest of the sample on my wrap as there was quite a bit and when the one girl asked the girl making it if she could use it she not only didn't say anything but then took it and threw it out right in front of me!! I said how rude it was that she did that and if she wasn't able to she should've just said that and I would've been fine. I know it seems like something small but this was my first experience here and her doing that definitely made a difference. When I went off about how rude it was the girl making my wrap just ignored me while the one at the till apologized. Thank you for the employee at the till for being sincere and apologizing for the other employees actions. I have worked customer service for years and I would never ever do that to a customer. My wrap was delicious however. Lol.

The customer service was amazing. The food was exceptional and so healthy. Prices are great!
