Review Jim's Pizzeria - Chilliwack

One of the best Pizza places in town. It shares #1 title in my books. Theres many good slices in town but far as Lasagna goes Jim's is the best in town. My favorite easily. Great prices and friendly staff. They told me last night they are super busy and it could be over an hour for delivery. It was at my door in 35minutes. Thanks for the great food and friendly service.

Disappointing to say the least.The 60.00 worth of pizza and 2 of the 3 pizzas had so much grease in the boxes that those slices were inedible. The pieces were cut into weird shapes and it was hard to tell where they were even cut.The pizza could not be held in your hand as the crust was soooo soggy.It was also cold.

Jim's used to be my favorite place. I've had both good and bad pizza here. It's been convenient and fast delivery but now the pizza is so very bad I have to wonder how they stay in business. To tonight's order was disgusting. Paper thin cardboard crust soaked in water and reheated. No sauce and few toppings. I'm done with Jim's after 20 years.

Was our favourite pizza place to order from but after our recent order…. Paper thin crust, hardly any toppings or sauce and the slices were irregular and not cut all through… we had to tear the pizza slices/re slice them. I don’t what has change there but definitely the worst pizza, time to change pizza places.. sorry Jim’s!

It had been a handful of years since I ordered from Jims. I always boosted about how great the pizza was, thats the key word “was”. Got 5 extra large on the weekend for a family function and was not overly impressed. Over cooked, over sauced, and over priced. Sorry Jims your lucky I gave you two stars. Domino’s you are my go to for pizza.

Was visiting family and we decided to order from here. Worst pizza ever. My daughter specifically asked for no cheddar. They repeated back the order but when it arrived it had cheddar plus a cheddar dipping sauce. The toppings were very random. Some spots had none. The crust was disgusting. Next visit I will not be ordering from here.

They seem to have a hard time answering there phone and taking orders I mean maybe there just to busy but still and on multiple occasions I could not get through to them they closed an hour early or something but if u catch them and get to order it’s good pizza fair price

Greek salad has Italian Dressing? No taste of lemon or garlic With the proper dressing this salad could be delicious

First it was very late then it didn't arrive at all and then they were closed. No answer on the phone. Very unimpressed!!! Not calling Jim's again!

Best pizza I've ever had and the staff are so nice. Thin crust is delicious and came to our door hot and super fast. I'm pretty picky with pizza and this is sooo good. Highly recommended this place it's always the best

Wth?!!. Had it once and it was awesome had it another four times, should have stopped after the second. The five times I have ordered from there four of them the dough didn't even rise.. I've worked in a few pizza places the dough doesn't rise if its made wrong or its OLD!! Either way they don't know how to make a pizza, I liked the toppings though, lots of them and the pep is great.. But its old dough.. Half the pizza rises and the other half is flat and the dough looks uncooked. Jim's.. You're horrible.

Long time jims lover, but the last year it's been a hit or miss....... With a lot of misses :-(

Jim's special is special!. I am a convert, lived in Chilliwack 2 years and have tried most!<br/>Jim's special is awesome.<br/>Loads of topping and not skimpy on the cheese, one large is two meals.

Love Jims pizza! The pizza is always so good and full of toppings. The cook is definitely very talented in both speed and quality! I am always welcomed very politely when I order (which is often). I recommend them highly

Horrible Food, taste, look, and customer service. I revently had an encounter with this location, we ordered a lasagna and spaghetti that included 2 garlic toast and 2 small salads (garden). We also ordered a side ceasar and a side of 2 extra garlic toasts. We had been told its busy and it would be an hour and a half to receive our orders. they had made us aware of the wait so we said ok. Well the first thing that happened was that the order took only 25 minutes to get to our house. This should have been my first clue. Then they called us back, I did not answer i was in the bathroom and told my friend that we never ordered the extra stuff, but we clearly did. and told her they would not be replacing my stuff. <br/>I then phoned back and the girl refused to give us what we asked for. We then proceeded to say well never ordering from there again bad service. <br/>Well it did not stop there like I suspected it would. We opened the food and it looked like someone lightly melted some cheese over some noodles. Knowing that pizza places Italian dishes usually taste better then they look from a pizza store we proceeded to eat it. <br/>We took one bit each and the dish was horrible, it tasted like it looked, the cheese was not even melted all the way through and there was more cheese then noodles, now I like cheese but it needs to be portioned. <br/>Anyways, I called the store back, wanting to just order something from somewhere else. They told me they do not give refunds, they yelled at me and told me i was wrong. I then asked to speak to the owner and they said no. I then proceeded to ask her to call the owner as I would like this issue to be addressed. She said she would put me on hold. They then said no refund or replacement will be offered. I never heard of this kind of thing before. my family has been in this industry for many years, and never once treated our customers like this. Infact I would have bent over back words for them. <br/>I then the next day spoke to the owner, (new owner) just purchased, it was like talking to someone who was about to die and had no reason to live. He did not care about me or my concern. it was like talking to a dear in a head light situation. <br/>He then told me that he would look into the situation and see what he could do. They made no attempted as an owner to help me ficks my issue. <br/>He offered me food, but why would i take food that I do not want to eat. <br/>I would never recommend this place to anyone, I called to all most all the other pizza stores in the area and found that this is the only location that will not bend over to make the customer feel like gold. And 9 out of the 10 I called told me on there own, with out me saying anything that the customer is gold. <br/>So chilliwack do NOT eat at Jim's, there is many better choices in chilliwack, and I now that many people will never speak up, so if that is you then I hope I spoke on your experience as well, because if i had an experience like this statistical thier is many more that have had this experience to some degree. <br/>Thank you and I hope this helps, I am a down to earth person and this is my first write up on a company because it really was that bad.

Difinitely the best. My family and I just moved here in Chilliwack a month ago and one Saturday night, our friends brought pizzas from this restaurant and we all love them, they're very tasty and cheesy and affordable too. So the following weekend, we decided to order food from them, so we got pizza, ribs and lasagna and we're like, "These are the best Italian foods ever." And now am eating their pasta and ribs again while typing. I would difinitely recommend this restaurant to my friends, they're the best. Thanks Jim's Pizzeria.

It sucks. Got first pizza hard as rock. Second pizza came again burnt and I wouldn't even feed it to my worst enemy. To think no money back what kind of policy is that. Glad I through money put the door. Negative 1000000 for my like

Over Rated. Not sure why the food is rated best in Chilliwack? It sucks. I would rather order from Panago!

Great food, had the rib dinner with Caesar salad great BBQ sauce and the salad among the best I have had any where . Highly recommended voted best pizza for at least last ten years ...

I'll admit, a time or two our pizza has come incorrect, but to us it's totally worth getting a free one (they let you keep both ;)) because it really is that good. We order from them often enough that they probably know us by name over the phone. If you're on a health kick, I'd suggest something else cuz the pizza is greasy!

The pizza is decent. The problem is the unprofessional staff at this branch. Slobby rude people who can't find houses and hang up instead of talk politely. Order from the other branches and you get what u ordered without the headaches.

Order comes wrong too many times. Pizza is great but not consistent. We have stopped ordering from here after too many mixed up orders and a series of credits

Too many bad experiences.. I'm not sure if it's the rude staff or the lazy delivery drivers, but our pizza is always either, not what we ordered, or all the toppings are slid off the pizza by the time it FINALLY gets to our door. Delivery time is ALWAYS at least 1 1/2 hours. Forget it if you got delivered the wrong pizza or if those pesky toppings are more on the bottom of the box instead of on your pizza the delivery time is another 40 minutes added on to the already 90 that you've waited. We tried going in to pick it up, and guess what.... we were given the wrong pizza... AGAIN!! And upon returning the pizza and asking for a refund instead... we got a big fat NO. So we took the wrong pizza back (as we didn't want to wait longer for a new one) and ate. Soggy crust and all.
