Review Tractorgrease Cafe - Chilliwack

Such an amazing little place. Great food and drinks and such a stunning place to catch a live show. There's nowhere else like it.

My favourite spot in Chilliwack! Live music every night they’re open, and it’s really well curated - artists from across the country. The food is delicious - definitely go for the pizza night, and try any of their smoked specials! They also throw large events, festivals, etc. Totally sweet place just outside of town!

I had a great ambience and the scrumptious Philly cheese steak sandwich... I couldn't get enough of it. The staff was very delightful and more so happy to help us... I had a great time with my friends.

This place is so much fun! Tiger Moons music was awesome, fun & they were funny. The food is good save room for dessert. The owner is down to earth great to talk to. And the staff are very nice. Thursday night and the place was full. Will defiantly go again.

Tractorgrease, you amaze me. All the way up there in the Chilliwack River Valley, and you deliver some great live music, wholesome food, stellar bevvies and a great authentic Canadiana experience, please, please, keep it up! Your business will boom once we get Uber!!!:)

Well trying to find a reason to be near this place is almost impossible lol however, dropping kids at camp in Hope was it! Hubby was extremely skeptical as I had him leave Hwy 1 and drive into the depths of Chilliwack lol. Then when we arrived to a full parking lot in the middle of nowhere on a cold February night.. he said “it looks like a biker bar, my God, what have you gotten us into?!?” However, all doubt ends there. We walked in and were greeted like old friends . Small, cozy, real room, excellent service, great beer and fabulous (although limited) food. Why don’t I live next door? And the music (open mic night) AMAZING . You must find a reason to “land” here!!

My first visit to this place and am I impressed!! Great food, staff and atmosphere. This wont be my last time coming. If you haven't gone yet you are missing out on the fun. Saw Wil in the studio. Great sound and party. Energetic and talented entertainer. Warm up entertainers (staff) were also great. Cant wait to go again!!

I have changed my review to add that Tractor Grease has quickly addressed this concern I had last night- This reflects their care for customers and how they want to fix any issues- thanks!!! Past review- I ordered a soggy, tasteless poutine that was $12.00 and not only did the server avoid asking me about how the the food was or inquire why I didn’t eat it, he also didn’t ask if I wanted it packed up. I felt jipped off and it was hard to enjoy the evening, especially after paying another $12.00 cover fee for a live band (which by the way, I did enjoy).

My wife and myself have visited Tractor grease Cafe on three occasions this year. Each visit has been a total pleasure, a great mix of good food, good beer and best of all good music all in an intimate setting. No doubt we will be calling in again before too long.

A huge thanks and mad props to the incredible staff at Tractorgrease! My daughter chose to have her 13th birthday family dinner at Tractorgrease and the staff went over the top to make her feel special. Matt aka Sneaky Bones performed and was fantastic. It's no wonder that Tractorgrease is our family's favorite place to hang! Cheers to Jeff, Bree, Mama J, Jody and all of the awesome staff!

First time there tonight with my family as we had been told so many good things about this local establishment. Such a very disappointing experience. Our server asked about drinks and when I asked for a drink he never heard of before just stared at my blankly and then said they could not do that, then he vanished to never come near our table again. It was just a rum and 7-up. Our food came out in 3 separate stages with no cutlery until asked when the last order finally arrived. Until the guys next to us wanted more alcohol we never saw another server. On 3 occasions I loudly, but politely, proclaimed as they passed by that we would like a couple of drinks, the last time our "orginal server" stopped, turned, looked at us, then spun around and walked completely away to take another tables order. My poutine was cold, but how was this to be rectified with no follow up from any staff, every other person at our table, including my children had no water to drink with their meal even. I believe in fair response so I asked for a manger after I paid my bill in full. He simply responded he was glad I told him, i sorted of expected at least a token apology, but nope. Good music for when we were there, would have liked to have stayed for dessert, a couple drinks and listened some more to the local talent. Somebody needs to remind these guys that an epic meal can be deemed a failure by tragic service and that an average meal can be a great memory maker with good service.

The Tractorgrease Cafe is exactly what Chilliwack needs. Live music lovers rejoice, this venue provides an amazing atmosphere that attracts top notch acts. BYO-dancing shoes and an empty stomach because you are going to want to enjoy something delicious off the menu and a cold drink. Outdoor stage 10/10, and the Tractorgrease Folk Festival <3, what an amazing day.

I always have a great time there; casual relaxed atmosphere, great view of the mountains and very down to earth. Love the various artists and sense if humour by owner !

Tractorgrease is a really great live music venue with a super welcoming atmosphere. From the open mic night where we first came to play a few songs to the evening shows we've now done, we can't get enough. Jeff is the real deal, running the place with goodness and expertise. Always a great time coming out! xo The Kwerks

I didn't fly in from Toronto just to see Richard Inman and Skye Wallace at Tractorgrease and enjoy some great food and beer last night, but even if I had, it would have been well worth the trip.

One of the most incredible venues in Canada! Amazing staff, great food, and beyond original and beautiful location! Cannot wait to go back! If you have not been here, you have to check it out. The patio and outdoor stage is UNREAL.

I celebrated my birthday at the Café this December. My sister reserved a table and the staff decorated our table, (down home awesome décor) and were just a delight. They sent me home with a delicious massive dessert Brownie, on the house! I really wished for Mexican nacho's but they only had Irish nacho's. Thank you for a fun evening!
