Review Benanna Bakery - Chilliwack

Ordered the apple turnover and a blueberry turnover. The filling was decent and was not too sweet, which is what I like. But there was not a lot of filling in them. The pastry itself was underwhelming, thus rendering these baked good unmemorable. Full disclosure: I've only gone once, I would try it again if I'm in the area.

I ordered 2 cakes from here for my grandfathers birthday and for the price i expected to be blown away by these cakes.upon receiving the cakes i was shocked at how small they were. It was a very thin layer of cake with a very mild flavoured whipped topping stacked on top. Update: I emailed the to the email provided in the response to my review and never recieved a response. Update July 26 2022

Just had their Walnut & Cocoa bread (it's not sweet bread) and I may have become addicted. Delicious.

I would give a five stars but I would recommend a way of heating up items like ham and cheese croissant so people can eat it on the go.

Really good customer service! There was a mixup with my order but they went above and beyond to make it better, personally delivered by the manager. Greatly appreciated and will not hesitate to reorder from a business that cares so much for their customers!

A hidden gem with delicious mouthwatering baked goods. You won't be disappointed. They have something for everyone. Fine crafted breads and inspired baked goods. Always new items and family favorites. Holidays brings forth traditional baked goods from all over. Enjoy something outside the box.

My parents surprised me with a phenomenal chocolate cake for my Birthday from BeNanna. Cake was perfectly moist, delicate, and not too sweet. I wish I took a photo before we dove in but we couldn't resist!

Best bread and pastries. Just wish they made more of my favourites, or I could get there earlier in the day. Haha.

I ordered two cakes for my 40th birthday party and they were amazing. I asked for one with raspberry mousse, and it was perfect. Just what I was looking for. Being able to add a few single serving gluten free desserts was great too.

I went into the bakery yesterday, bought a loaf of bacon and onion bread. Went to Hofstedes and bought heirloom tomatoes. Made a sandwich with both and a little butter. Perfection, the best tomatoe sandwich I have ever had. No kidding. Can't wait for Monday to get some more of both!

Absolutely love this bakery! Have not tried anything there that I have not loved. Family loves the sausage rolls that they can bake off at their leisure. And their lemon meringue is absolutely delicious!

First I have to say whatever I have purchased in the past has been delicious, which is why I ordered the cake for my parents 60th wedding anniversary dinner from here on June 24th. On the evening of June 29th I received a call from Ben telling me they would not have the cake for me on July 2nd because they had SUDDENLY decided to take the day off (July 2) and would be closed. At that point in the conversation he did not provide any other options for me, he was literally leaving me hanging, and with Friday being the Stat holiday I was not left with much time to find other options. During the conversation I voiced my upset and disappointment in the very poor customer service and Ben brought up the option of picking up the cake Thursday and freezing it until Saturday. I felt I had no choice but to say yes. That evening as I thought about it, and in talking with friends, I remembered the cake I ordered was whip cream and fresh fruit and couldn't imagine it thawing and being ok, even though Ben had said they freeze cakes all the time and it would be fine. Thursday morning I was given the name of a bakery in Abbotsford, called them and they assured me they were able to have a custom cake ready for our celebration dinner Saturday. I gave Ben the courtesy of a phone call to tell him I would not be in to get the cake to freeze, and I will not shop there again. The product of a business can be 100% but if their customer service is poor then the business is not worth anything

Best bakery I've been to in a long time . Great Swiss bread great deserts for diabetics . Its a small bakery but everything is so good . Well worth stopping in , you wont be sorry ! We love going there !

Love this bakery! I come from a family of bakers and we ordered a Black Forest cake for a birthday this past weekend. The cream was fantastic. P.S. the raspberry mousse tarts are AMAZING!

OMG!!!! I'm hooked on this place. Love everything I've tried so far! This week we tried the sunflower and flaxseed bread. Delish. We also had the garlic, very good as well. But my favourite are the cherry turnovers!!! LOVE them!!! Also the kaiser buns! YUM!

Ordered 30 cupcakes for my daughters 6th birthday party, chocolate all the way. Half the kids didn't want to finish theirs, did think much why until I got home and actually had time to try one of them. The chocolate cupcakes were superdry, and had no chocolate taste at all. My 68 year old mother tried one and the look of disgust said everything. Won't recommend ordering anything chocolate let alone paying $70 for 30 cupcakes that aren't even edible by kids.

OMG!!!!Absolutely love the fresh Olliebollen...just like my grandma used to make when she was alive...brought back so many great memories!!!

Every time I go in there I think "I will only get one or two things" but I always leave with more. Very yummy treats!

My husband and I went in today for a treat. We picked up a lemon tart. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Can't wait to go back and try some other items
