Review Younie's Restaurant - Chilliwack

First time having lunch in this restaurant. I was impress with their service. Lot of regular customers due to their service . Based on three different customers came in with different servers they knew what the customers want and their beverages. That is old style service. Very impress. Nothing fancy order. Granddaughter ordered chicken bites and fries. I order senior burger special. We also order a side order of onion ring. Total bill about $46.00+

Came in for lunch with my 18 month old who had a bit of a melt down. I did apologize to the waiter that was dealing with us, and I got the comment well at least it isn't to busy in here right now. Definitely not a comment I would have made to a struggling mom. The food was delicious and came out super fast. The waiter was wonderful and friendly, just didn't like the comment once we left.

Excellent home-style food, friendly staff. Hamburgers are amongst the best we've had, and the turkey rice soup is always delicious. We've tried many items from the menu, and all have been good.

Great staff, great service, great food! Didn't wait more than 10 min for our order. Must be a good place to work because our server has been working there for 20 years.

Expensive for what you get. Food came way to fast to be cooked fresh, hollandaise tasted like packaged, ham was deli meat... Waitress never mentioned specials, and after we paid and we're leaving, saw the specials... Which was basically what my husband had ordered but got charged full price. Won't be back.

There food is always delicious with great service. I always go there whenever I'm in Chilliwack. My friend enjoyed her meal too. Reasonable prices too.

It was my first time there, and will be my last. We dropped in there for lunch with a couple friends, they recommended it saying they enjoy it and eat there often . The meals they had we're fine but I had the so-called turkey sandwich, it was over $16 for two pieces of stale bread with one piece of lettuce a wad of butter in the middle that wasn't spread and a single layer of a couple pieces of thin sliced turkey. They need to take that off the menu that just wasn't right LOL a kindergarten could have made a better sandwich than that. Not to mention the homemade chicken soup tasted like they put sugar in it. One of the people I was with had the liver dinner and said the liver was hard. Because I hadn't seen my friends in over 10 years and was treating them to lunch I didn't want to make a fuss and start complaining about the food, which I regret. I never should have even paid for that so-called turkey sandwich. Lesson learned, so if you're ever going to go there do yourself a favor and don't order the turkey sandwich LOL
