Review Harvest Store & Cafe - Chilliwack

A nice location,cool trendy clean environment. You order and pay at counter then food is brought to you. You will not be checked up on nor drinks refilled, would require another trip to counter. We had egg benedic classic and the average Joe. The eggs Benny was very tasty, and the average Joe lived up to its name, very average however the bread was very delicious! The cubed potatos were so so, nothing spectacular, infact maybe even slightly under cooked? Personal opinion of course but still had that starchy potato taste. Coffee was good and what you'd expect from a diner experience. Bathroom was small but clean. The price is on the higher end, for 2 meals 2 coffees and 2 waters it was 40$ with tip, maybe normal with inflation now... All in all a nice spot, I wouldn't be a regular but it is worth a try and I'm certain those looking for a certain vibe would love it.

Sooo good! I love this place, one of the first cafes I went to in Chilliwack when I moved here so it holds a special place in my heart. I highly recommend this place to all friends when they are in the area. My man and I came here for a brunch. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We both got bennies. They used to have one with crab and Avocado which was to die for, so I was a little sad that it wasn't on the menu anymore, but none the less, the classic Benny was a great substitute! My bf had the Cali Benny and we shared a oatmilk caramel latte. Super yummy food! Thank you staff at the Harvest Cafe!!

Best breakfast Best donuts Fresh coffee Homemade everything makes this destination a must for when I'm in Chilliwack. My son loves their menu as do I. Will be back again even though they do not have public bathroom. Thank you and appreciate everything

Used to be my go to... Sadly I'm so disappointed. With all the ingredients in here it is not $10 worth. I swear the last time I ordered it there was hashbrowns with it. I do like the friendly vibes there and the staff are awesome but you need to either make the meals more affordable or add more to it. Manger needs to fix this.

We had ordered 3 dozen of Harvest's famous homer & assorted donuts for a volunteer appreciation event. They did not disappoint! Not only were they delicious, the staff was extremely helpful through the ordering process and even offered to help me out to my car with the boxes. Thank you Harvest!

Decent donuts with lovely spread of baked goods offered. Food was simple and yummy, but a bit on the expensive side. Staff are very friendly, efficient and offered great customer service.

I come here regularly because it's close to work for me and they do make good coffee. The food is good. But the prices are too high. Had a breakfast burrito and fruit salad and drip coffee came to $20. Which is too much in my opinion. Also they really really really NEED a point of sales machine. Or a till that calculates orders! The staff have to add everything up manually. It's so inefficient and painful to watch. It makes the process so slow!! I'm constantly getting bad service here. if there was an equally tastey option with better service in the area. I would probably not continue to go here.

Was going to give this place a 2 star, but reading the other 1 star reviews I decided to follow suit. Like other 1 star reviews, I too had a shit experience from this place. The waitress was extremely rude and when we asked a question about our order, she made it seem as if it was a big inconvenience to answer the question. The place is a mess. It’s dirty. My son laid his head down on the high chair and his hair got stuck to the tray. Gross. The random steel racks that hold your flour and sugar bags makes your store look unorganized and out of control. The decor doesn’t match. Maybe hang a few pictures too. The teas we order were absolute garbage. They tasted like sewer water. Disgusting place. Happy to not return.

OK food, poor service. Food here is good, nothing spectacular. It has a good selection of vegetarian food. However, the service is often lacking. I went in today, stood in line to grab a couple of items, and when I got to the counter, the guy behind it said "I'm off shift". Didn't take my order--even though he helped the person in front of me, and I was the only other person in line--nor did he ask either of the OTHER TWO staff behind the counter to take over. After standing there for another minute or so, with two staff seeing but ignoring me, I turned and left. It's really too bad, because while my partner has thought the service was poor in the past, I've defended the place thinking that the food outweighed the service. But this will be the last time for either of us Harvest. If you're looking for a place downtown, there are several other very delicious and friendlier (and less pretentious) options to choose from.

The baking is heavenly, fresh, everyday from scratch, the donuts are amazing. Great place for breakfast and lunch in an in a lovely setting.

First time and it won't be our last! From Amy (who takes care of everything so well we thought she was the owner!) to the barista who made me the ultimate Mocha (they use real dark chocolate!) to the smiling girl behind the counter, you all made the delicious meal a bonus!!!

I didn't think I could love a place as much as this. The food was unreal, so fresh. I have to complain that I'm on a diet and don't appreciate the delicious doughnuts near the till 😒 Love it!

What a find . Excellent bakery items, plus Bennies to die for . Had a seafood hash with eggs with a lite spicy sauce .... so good went back the next day Check it out ... coffee great also with a "hip" feel

First time eating here and had a fabulous breakfast - delicious waffles! Staff were very friendly and helpful too. The reason I have not given full 5* is they don't offer free refill of drip coffee, which after spending $35 on breakfast for 2 thought it should be offered! Will be sure to go again though and try the other delicious food!

Went into Harvest today for lunch...walked in the door a little after 12 and saw the line up. But I was determined to get my grilled cheese fix (chicken with pants=so good!!!). Despite it being busy, I was in and out in under 40 minutes! This was from coming into the store to the time I left after I enjoyed my lunch! Way to go Harvest! You know how to keep me happy! :)

I love harvest and have for a long time, but today we waited nearly 50min for our lunch. Wish they would advise people that the wait is that long. (Poor customer service from their staff too) yes, we were frustrated today, but we still like things about them.

Their food actually looks as amazing as their IG & FB photos...and tastes even better! Everything is so fresh and tasty! I love their herbaceous lemonade & baked goods! Well done!!

Classic eggs benny was awesome..that bread, omg! And the gf ham and cheese scone..delicious! My little hockey player loved the gingerbread loaf. All around goodness!!
