Review Corner Nook Cafe - Chilliwack

If you crave a greasy spoon, this is the place in town to go. The food was good and portioned well. Their pulled pork was worth getting many times over. And to top off this wonderful food, they had their own in house hot sauce. Would recommend checking out.

Nice little place along Young Rd. Service was great, food was great, portions were massive and coffee was good. Recommend for those with an appetite.

Michelle our server was super friendly. The portions here are really big so come hungry. The pancakes can be good for two people! There aren’t a lot of places open for brunch on Sundays in Chilliwack. This is a small 6 table diner. So expect to wait a bit when arriving.

Wow! Visited this morning and was very pleased with our food and the service! Had the Hungry Man's Breakfast and the Inside Out breakfast sandwich. Both were excellent with huge portions of tasty goodness. Very friendly service from the lone server. Highly recommend!

Very cute place and lovely staff. I wasn't a fan of the food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good enough to make me want to come back. The presentation was nice! Worth a try.

The food is amazing !!! You better bring an appetite cause I could hardly eat half the plate and I can eat believe me, the portions are huge. This is a great home cooked meal and the atmosphere feels like home. The only downside is it’s very popular but well with the wait for the food. This place has wonderful character with lots of collectibles randomly yet tastefully decorating the walls, the shelfs and everything else. The servers always have a smile and the food is wholesome and hearty. My favourite is their blackstone benni.

Best place for breakfast and lunch in Chilliwack. I have known the owner/chef for over 20 years and he is always been an amazing cook. The portions of HUGE and great value for the money. The pulled pork is amazing especially in the grilled cheese which has a coating of parmesan. And the regular Nooky and Sweet Nooky HOMEMADE sauce are to die for.

My boyfriend and I love the Nook! We go as often as we can.<br/><br/>We both love the bacon and marble rye.<br/><br/>Sometimes, service is off with regards to who gets served first, but service is always friendly and helpful.<br/><br/>I recommend the omelettes, the portion is huge and the price is right. The everyday breakfast special is also a great deal and if you get there early enough you get free coffee with it too!<br/><br/>And please don't be too shy to try the Sweet Nook sauce!

They have a great burger. It's the largest one that I've ever had.<br/>They are reasonably priced.<br/>Good atmosphere.<br/>The waitress is very friendly.

So glad I found this cute little place.  I was in the area and walked in.  The lady working there is so friendly. They have huge plates, great prices.  Very nice décor, and very clean.

My new favourite breakfast spot. <br/><br/>Everything is made from scratch! Everything!!! <br/><br/>Seriously though...everything. <br/><br/>If the chipotle pulled pork or brisket is available you gotta taste!!! Otherwise definitely get anything with the farmers sausage. <br/><br/>The service is hit or miss, but the food is always fracking incredible.

Amazing. The food was amazing, and as homemade as you can get. Friendly, quick service with a really adorable decor, feels almost like you walked in to a dining room, with little nicknacks everywhere and mis matched coffee cups. Will absolutely return again.

Farmer Sausage Corn Chowder. It's totally amazing from the7 very first spoonful to the last, yummy yummy in the tummy<br/>Your tummy will be very happy!

Corner Nook Cafe.....Outstanding!!. I had the pleasure of eating breakfast at this outstanding little gem in Chilliwack! I found the staff to be very polite and efficient.<br/>It is obvious that from the owner down, they all love what they do. Kelly (owner) was the first to greet me as I walked in. I ordered the Blackstone. It was outstanding with homemade hollandaise sauce. The coffee was top notch also. I noticed that when patrons entered, they were greeted by their first name and some were even asked if they were having the "usual." A good indication of returning customers. Don't miss out on an opportunity to try this fabulous eatery!

Don't pass by this slice of heaven.. My sister introduced me to this place, and I'll admit the location leaves much to be desired -- a place most would pass right by. However, the inside is quaint and rustic, with a certain grandma's house quality. But the food. Oh my God, the food! Since I was pretty damn ravenous, I ordered a pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich with fries and gravy on the side. My sis recommended the homemade hot sauce, which was 'expletive' amazing.<br/><br/>This is grandma's house if grandma's house served bar food.<br/><br/>Can't wait to go back and try out more of the menu.

Fresh and Yummy. Was introduced to this restaurant by a friend, and have now made it one one of my mainstays. I ordered the special that day which was called the "Holy Jalapeno" and it was delicious. The great thing about this place is that the next time I went in and asked if I could still get the Holy Jalapeno, and it was no problem. They have even made it for me with farmers sausage in it, and hot peppers from my friends garden. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good food and friendly courteous staff. Hands down one of the best places to eat in Chilliwack.

Great breakfast. Stopped by for breakfast at the corner nook café this morning. Was greeted by Kelly, the owner, super nice guy! Place was very clean and tidy, small but comfortable. Ordered light breakfast, one egg, hash browns, toast and bacon. It was delicious, big portion's! The hash browns are made from fresh potato's with just the perfect seasoning, yum:) This place is now on my favorite breakfast list!

Gotta try this place, delicious!. I've been here quite a few times and brought family and friends to try it too. It's the little touches that bring the flavour out that some other restaurants fail to do. A bit of chipotle in the hollandaise sauce, herbs & spring onions in hash browns, grilled bun for hamburgers, lots of flavour enhances that make everything that much better. Chef will accommodate any changes you wish. Smaller place but large menu, all freshly prepared and they treat you like friends. A definite try and you will come back.

I have enjoyed many breakfasts, the hash browns are just perfect, and today enjoyed lunch for the very first time ! You won't leave hungry, just with a happy tummy!

Consistent, fresh, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. The daily specials and homemade salad dressing really make this place. This is our favourite spot for a quiet breakie!

GREAT!. This is a great little cafe for breakfast. Lots of good things to eat and they say home cooking and it is. Been there twice in two weeks and enjoyed it. The staff are friendly. The food is cheap. Good pan fries. We will go back. Only open until 2 PM so go early.
