Review Browns Socialhouse Eagle Landing - Chilliwack

Ordered sangria and some appetizers. The sangria was the only thing that was really good. However the price was ridiculous. More expensive than the keg… The appetizers were a disappointment… the garlic Parmesan fries would have been better if the dip had been drizzled over the fries. Would have looked more presentable as well as tasted better. The spicy deep fried chicken and pickles was not good. Wasn’t spicy at all and there were lots of little pieces of batter. The gyoza were alright..

First time at this browns location. Staff was prompt and attentive! I can't remember our waitresses name but she was so fast, she was great! My man and I came here for a quick dinner and drinks before a movie over at the theater. Very happy! We will be back!

Great atmosphere, very friendly service, delicious food, and very busy. Great experience tonight! The steak was perfectly done, tender and seasoned just right. Good job!

The service staff was so helpful and friendly. We got there near the end of the happy hour, so seating was a little in transition. They sat us where they could but offered to move us to a better table when someone left. The food choices were eclectic and included multiple options for everyone, even the teenagers! The butter chicken was delicious.

It was not just the last time that we went to Browns, their is GREAT service every time we go. Everyone that works there is super nice. Last time we went there we had a new server, I think it was her first day but she did an excellent job. She fully earned and deserved the tip. I highly suggest going there the food is great and they make some really good drinks. I just wish they had the Moscow Mule on the drink menu.

Food is always good here and service was ok. I will say one thing... they have the best Gravy in town!

We were a party of four and two of us had come from Kelowna to celebrate our friends’ engagement. Unfortunately one meal was not good and another never came. It was very upsetting, however I want to give kudos to our waitress, Danika and the manager who both handled the situation with understanding and grace. We were compensated very well and impressed with their professionalism. We are thankful to them for trying to make it right. We look forward to coming back and trying again. 😊

Sent a PM which was seen but no one responded too. Was there Thursday night as a guest with a very large staff dinner/party. Meals were preordered. Despite TWICE pointing out I did not have my meal when everyone else had theirs & dessert was beginning to be served, my concerns were met with, " dinners are being served as soon as the kitchen prepares them" & " we have an extra steak dinner you can have" - I do not eat red meat so that was not an option. Finally the 3rd server "found" my meal - which by the way was very tasty - but unfortunately my dessert was served minutes after my meal & was therefore melted by the time I could eat it. I understand large groups take time to serve & mistakes happen BUT I feel the staff brushed my concern aside initially resulting in my meal coming much much later than everyone else's. The 3rd server did apologize for the error BUT I feel it could have been avoided had they listened the first time I raised my concern.

My husband and I always enjoy our experience at Browns. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. The wait times are minimal and we have never had a bad meal the food is delicious and constantly awesome. I would recommend Browns to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a bowl of the thai soup. Was totally awesome. But I did think that it was funny to not have any crackers with it. So I ordered a side of garlic toast which ended up being one piece of toast for $1.95. I thought the price for one slice of bread being one third the price of the bowl of soup was a bit much. Will definitely return but won't order a side of toast lol

I would like to thank you for accommodating my son's Chilliwack Basketball Club Fundraiser tonight. You generously gave us the whole place from 7-9 and allowed him to run a slideshow on all your TV's. The burger and fries was excellent along with the service. I would highly recommend your venue..

Highly recommend the dragon bowl, super impressed w how accomadating browns is with my vegan diet.. did you know the have an amazing weekend brunch?? Try the waffles...

4 out 5. Atmosphere is great. Love the fireplace to keep warm n feels like home. I'm sitting by wood stove right now. More options on the menu would be nice. It's bn awhile since went to the place.

Nice place, but god it took forever to get our food. Hire more prep cooks. Had to ask our waitress to get the Manager to find out when our food would be ready.

To start off with the lunch was awesome! I had the hickory burger(yummy). The service was top notch!......so good I came back today

What a surprise. Stopped here a a beverage after shopping and thrilled to find it was happy hour. $4 for a 6 oz glass of wine and $4 off all the shareable appies. Drinks and appies for 4 of us....total $38.....a rare find today

I am always impressed by the service, food and atmosphere at Browns Socialhouse! Whether it's a mom's night out, birthday celebration or date night, we always choose Browns! The chicken & shrimp phad Thai is my fave, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! �

I thought this place was a pub, but it's a family restaurant.The food and the atmosphere is good.

We ordered dinner and 45 minutes later the waitress finally came back and we never got our food. We paid for everything, not even a comp. Not coming back .. not impressed

Went there for early new years Dinner with a group of 10 . service was good . food came out good time, great atmosphere,server was great . Hickory burger is always good lol. great ceasers there .
