For a Chinese ordering food in a Saguenay hotel on Good Friday night, it should be difficult. However this St Hubert handled it with ease. Staff tried their best to help me with my order, Generous portion of whole chicken, crispy with strong aroma, clean and flavorful coleslaw, and four big hot sauce cans.
This restaurant just satisfied me same as some great 5star restaurants had - Great execution in a whole package.

Food was ready when I arrived and the chicken was extremely moist. My order was perfect. So many restaurants get it wrong it's refreshing when one gets it right.
Friendly service, English speaking, encouraged our attempts at speaking French, my child loved the car in which they served kids meal.
