Review Temaki Sushi Bar - Chicoutimi

Amazing sushi place in Chicoutimi, staff is friendly and looking forward to your experience. They will answer all your question and even suggest item or special on the menu. A must go if you are in the area and looking for a nice place. Reserve in advance or you might be waiting an hour to get a place.

Great sushi. Doesn’t take much to get full and they look great!

Awesome experience ! They have a lot of choices and a wide pricing range this is by far the best sushi restaurant in town.

Their service is the best and their food is even better. This is the best sushi I've ever had. I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant and I dream about going back.

Great sushi, best in the area. Very popular with locals, difficult to get a seat during dinner. Long lines or reservations are recommended, or get takeout. Open from 2pm til late, unfortunately not open for normal lunch hours. Casual, a nice place to go out with friends or a date. Pricey but worth it, food is delicious: not traditional sushi but “modern/fusion” style sushi. Menu only available in French, hostess only speaks French. Service wasn’t great: ignored by hostess for several minutes so I sat myself until she started yelling at me to get up; when I got up, she ignored me again and didn’t help me get a table.

The food here fail to meet expectation and is overpriced. Basically everything is stuffed with spicy mayo so you cannot taste anything else. We saw the yonge cook pressing sashimi onto rise like he is trying to make a fart noice with his hands. The server and the ambient are great though.

My work colleague mentioned to me that this is the best place to have sushi in all Quebec. I found that hard to believe until tonight. We stopped by for dinner, friendly staff, great look, but most of all the Chef with his creative and artistic talent was able to amaze me. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We were taken here on a food tour and sampled the Mac&Cheese all the other yelpers have raved about. It was so unique and delicious, we had to come back for more on our final night in Quebec City.At this meal, we each had a simple but memorable green salad with what seemed like an apple-cider vinegar/hint of maple dressing.
