First visit here. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. And the best poutine with the works I've ever had! Friendly and fast service and nice location.
Wonderful place to just sit and enjoy a meal with friends. Staff are very friendly and so are the customers. I met 2 lobster fishermen getting there ship ready for opening day......
Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the Cape Breton Highlands National Park to do some hiking. The reason we ate here was because it opened early at 6:30 am and we wanted to be the first ones on the trails. The service was quick and the food tasted great, although price wise a bit on the higher side. The decor was basic but the view outside was nice looking onto the water and fishing boats.
Great breakfast! Really tasty tap water too. I know that sounds like an odd thing to point out but I heard later that the water at this restaurant is sourced from a fresh water well which explains why the taste was so remarkable.
The service was fast and friendly, nice atmosphere.
The food wasn't anyrhing to write home about... I had a BLT and it was quite small. Had a cup of soup as well.
Decent meal on the fly, but didnt really see the value for the price. Would try again and perhaps order something else.
While cycling the Cabot trail stopped over in Cheticamp and had a few meals at Evangeline. Food and service was very good, portions and price were good as well. They have very good views of the water from the dinning room.
