During this difficult Pandemic era , quickly approaching 2 years , my Tim Hortons has made me feel safe , continued to provide great product in very reasonable time. The workers are always friendly , proffesional and I am rewarded very handsomely , at least once a year, with bonuses and wonderful extras! Tim Hortons , and truly iconic , Canadian establishment that highlights the best of what Canadians are all about.
Drive through is quick as they do they're best to keep the line up moving. Delays are minimal

Good food. Bad service. Employees were so rude and ignorant. Would not provide someone with another mask when they said the one they had wasnt accepted, asked them to leave their young kids outside and use their mask. It was all just crazy and they were just rude to everyone. No please and thank you from anyone. Just horrible. And waited forever for my order too.
At least if they miss your coffee they will replace it...love Timmies for that!!!
