Also carries raw honey and some natural skin care products available. Celebrating a b-day or an anniversary? The owner will sing it in offering different styles such as "R&R or Opera". My friend and I went here after school, and as always were greeted with a smile. I always love coming here because I know I’m going to get great service, I wish I could’ve gotten the employees name so I could rave about him but he was the sweetest. They aren’t in your face live a lot of other places are.
Updating: They've added bubble teas, lattes, increased their collection to include many more signature and themed teas. They can do custom blends as well which I was very thankful for a I was looking for tea to help with breastfeeding and healing from childbirth.

Such a great small business in the heart of Chatham. They have a huge array of teas and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They also have a large menu of bubble teas which taste amazing, highly recommended trying the brown sugar bubble tea.
The Tea Connection is a fantastic small business with some of the best staff. They are so welcoming and friendly. They have an insane tea selection, from custom blends, to herbal teas to help with various ailments such as sore throats or stomachs, sleeplessness etc.
Of course, one of the biggest reasons to visit them is their Bubble Tea selection. They have a ton of bubble tea flavors, some which are more widely available but a lot that are, again, their own custom blends. I believe they also sell their own Kombucha but I've never tried it personally.
First time coming in here after a hard day at work staff was so kind told us about the teas they have the man was incredibly nice made me and my brother laugh and the overall atmosphear was an absolute delight
Went into Tea Connections for the first time today, as my son really wanted bubble tea, and I wanted to get him a treat after a trip to the orthodontist. We were greeted warmly, he helped my son pick a flavour (that he ended up loving) and explained about all the signature flavours they have at the store. I also got myself a peach matcha, and it was GOOD!
We also talked about the tea itself, and I loved the signature tea names! If I didn't already have bags and bags of loose leaf at home, I'd definitely be trying some. In the meantime, I at least know where to go for bubble tea!
Went to tea connection today right in down town Chatham, with my step daughter for the first time!! She has been wanting to get bubble/boba tea for a bit and I finally said okay we can go, and she LOVED it!! Will definitely be back!
I love this place. They are so friendly, take the time to help you and really care about what they do! The bubble tea is amazing, as are the different varieties of teas.
I go here almost every week. Very lovely owners and the bubble tea is to die for. I have yet to try the loose leaf teas they have in their collection. If you are in the area and want to try something new, go get bubble tea at Tea Connection!
