I went there to buy rapid test she looked to my eyes and said they don't carry it and I know for sure they do I'm subcontractor and some companies require that test for me to stay working I went to shoppers on queen st Said they have it but can't give it to me unless I own a buisness I came to this

My experience today was amazing. I was dealing with a touchy subject that could have went wrong but instead, I was treated quite fairly! I was a little nervous considering it’s a chain store, however the manager was exceptionally helpful and caring, listened to my situation and accommodated me! Appr

Brought my 98 year old dad in for flu shot. The wait was long and he needed to go to the bathroom. I asked at the pharmacy if he could use a bathroom and they told me to go to Mcdonalds across the street. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to a shoppers again.

Manager/Owner of the store was walking around the entire store yesterday, not bothering to socially distance or even wear a mask. This is a pharmacy, there are sick people that go there on a regular basis. Have some respect, absolutely disgusted with this behaviour this far into the pandemic.

Pharmacy is a joke everytime I have to get my pills i have a problem. They don't give me the right dose or they say they never got anything from my doctor when my doctor sent it over 4 times. I was have to jump through hoops to get what I need. Definitely going to be changing pharmacy.

By fare the best experience I’ve ever had at Shoppers Drug Mart. This store has come a long way in the last year. The new manager knows what he’s doing. I am looking into switching pharmacies and I went in there to see how people are treated. The pharmacist are quite knowledgeable and polite in their demeanour the staff was pleasant overall. I would recommend only Shoppers to anyone who asks me!
