Food was excellent. Waitress was very friendly and great service. Didn't rush us was a great morning to catch up with friends. Their butter tarts sold out before we could get a couple. Lol.

Fabulous little Diner just outside of Chatham. Great prices & the best pie around town! The Eggs Benny was good & my partner said his breakfast sandwich was very good! The coconut cream & pumpkin pies were to die for!

We have tried several times to get a seat but due to timing and just the outright public love of the Shady Pine we’ve just never been able to try them out- But- This morning that all changed- we had a fantastic breakfast, excellent quality and service, purchased some home baked items and ran into several friends and local acquaintances- 5 massive thumbs up Shady Pine - YOU ROCK!!!!

The Shady Pine is a quaint and cute country diner. The food is good for the price and they have fresh baked goods for sale. The seating is limited, however, so you should come early.
