We visited this wonderful restaurant for the first time this past Saturday. We were the first ones in the restaurant. The menu was a bit complicated but we had a very nice waitress who patiently explained the dishes and gave recommendations. We ordered one dish at a time. Three hours later, we left. This is the BEST sushi place yet. No comparison with the well known chain sushi restaurants. You can bring your own wine too if you want. Are bill was around $70 for two. Pretty good for dinner!
Un des bons restaurants du coin. Je recommande les pétoncles, le poulet katsu, les sushis et les dumplings. C'est un apportez votre vin: on aime! Le service, cependant est parfois inégal et très long.
Miso!. Excellent miso soup! The large pieces of tofu along with the mushrooms made it delicious. The sushi was very good as well! Will be back the next time we ate in Montreal.
A very special and unique dining experience. I enjoyed my third meal at Kiso with my family and ithe experience keeps getting better. There are unique dishes, such as the vege pizza, that taste amazingly good. The General Tao's chicken is exceptional, as was everything else we had. Everybody was raving about the sushi, saying it was among the best they had tasted. I can see why the place is busier each time I go.
Very nice ambiance, friendly owners, and amazing food! The sushi is great but try the general tao.
