Review Papa Johns Pizza - Charlottetown

Stay away!! READ ALL!! Worst Experience!! Too bad you even have to give a star for this to show!!!! I would rate them 0...Pictures below are how it showed up at delivery. After delivery, Called the store to make them aware, and when I offered to send a photo, he replied with "a photo does not prove that you didn't drop it" Unprofessional!! Why would a client wait 50 mins for delivery than decide once the food arrived to drop it so they can wait another 50 mins! The manager should not be running this establishment and based on the reviews below, clearly the owner does not care. I have to say I have never experienced customer service like that. Their website does not state they use a 3rd party delivery company, when asked for the refund including tip, I was told the owner told them to only refund the pizza without the tip. So at the end of all this, we were left with no pizza, $6 shortfall because they don't stand behind their service and another bad Google review. It's not about the $6 but it's about principal. A 3rd party that Papa Johns uses, is supposed to be a representation of their store. You honor anything as if your own employee messed up to ensure you are putting your clients first! Clearly that is not the case. For all I care they could keep the $6 and hopefully they can use that money to pay for better management! Disgruntled customer

People are very nice there and always keep you aware about the promotions and make pizza good. Have eaten lot of pizza in my life but papa john’s pizza has something special.

Papa John's is the best pizza out there just because of one employee dont let that one person make your mind up for you staff are great

My girlfriend and I were visiting Charlottetown and made the awful mistake of ordering some pizza from here. They were so rude, and I found a couple hairs in the pizza. Gross.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star. I ordered for no meat pizza and here is what i got. They just cooked it with pepperoni and removed it after. They wont even give me a refund either and were super RUDE even the manager..

The person at the store was the rudest person ever he talked to me and my friends like gum on the sidewalk and even told one of us to get out while she was looking for her mask maybe it’s cause we are colored. Worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend

Should have read the reviews before we went. Pizza had no toppings, barely any cheese, had the order wrong. We waited for quite some time at front desk to take our order and our service once we received it was beyond rude. Word of advice for pizza in PEI ignore this place. Never again

Pretty sure they deliberately put hairs in the pizza, judging by how many other people have had the same experience. Pro tip when checking reviews is always check the worst reviews first as the company fakes the rest
