Review The Factory Downtown - Charlottetown

Works pizza has average toppings on a "good as jack's" pizza crust with a "not as good" as dominos sauce. Was disappointing. I expected better knowing the factory was affiliated with hunters. Not in the same category at all. The website makes the pizza sound pretty good. Makes me question the rest of the menu.

Holly molly I LOVE this restaurant so much! Their happy hours with good deal of food were AMAZING!! I’m a sport fan and they have TVs everywhere (big plus) super nice to go there for my first day in PEI!! Def will go back again soon! (Love their quesadilla and fish and chips! Their beer was so cheap too!) big big recommend to everyone!!

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. It took over an hour for the food to come and then it wasn't very good. There were homeless who made our visit unpleasant. Next time in town, we will try a different place.

Loved this place! Great atmosphere. Great service. Best garlic fingers ever! The meatza pizza was very yummy too.

Went with my wife on a date night tonight, just wanted to relax and eat some food and enjoy a night out, all was going well until my wife needed to use the washroom and a group of 5 guys came to my booth pushed me over and sat down.. i had no clue who they were and none of them spoke to me... one of the guys picked my food up off my plate and ate it on me.. it was the most insanely strange encounter with people I had ever been through. I asked the waitress if she could tell the people to leave as none of them would listen to me, she removed them, but when I mentioned one of them ate my food on me that I wasnt near done with all she said was sorry.. i braught it up to another employee and all they had to say was "welcome to the factory".. absolutely ridiculous and I can say ill never go back thats for sure. I would like to note that the owner did compensate for what happened and he was just as baffled as I was, he was very nice and understanding and I also forgot to mention the food I did get to eat was vert good.

Not bad for a group dinner however we arrived for trivia...website said it was trivia night. We arrived...no trivia. Ah ok

Accidentally pointed to the Shawarma pizza while ordering a chicken Shawarma and so happy I did! I wasn't aware they came in pizza form and now it's my new favorite pizza! Staff is friendly and efficient, 100% satisfying!

What can I say, TACO TUESDAY! Tacos were good, waitress was excellent! Did not get too busy till later in the evening. Will definitely be going back. Note that their website states $3 Tacos start at 16:00 but don't actually start until 20:00. That said, show the waitress the website time of 16:00 and they will honor it.

I ordered 3 drinks while I was there, two times I had to send it back because it was made incorrectly. For basic highballs that have only two ingredients that’s pretty difficult to mess up. I also ordered the cheesiest nachos for which I asked for no green onion or jalapeños which showed up with jalapeños the first time and the second time showed up with green onions, which was also incorrect but I ate them anyway because I was so hungry at that point. The “cheesiest nachos” had barely any cheese, over half of the nacho chips didn’t have any cheese or toppings on them. The poor server was brand new and tried her best, but she was majorly let down by management who hovered around but never stepped in to help her, and the kitchen who never managed to get our order right. Disappointed and will not return

Service and staff were great but not at all impressed with the food. My sandwich was dry as there was no sauce at all on it. Had to order a gravy to put on it for some flavour. I have never been impressed with Hunters food.

It is my fav place to play music, and the food and staff are second to none!

We have eaten there on a few occasions. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting, the staff were so very pleasant and helpful, prices were great, amount of food on the plate was excellent, and last but not least....to the chef or cooks....food was excellent.

Just tried the donair pizza and it’s amazing! This is now my go to pizza place ��

Food was good and service was very friendly. Our waitress was excellent and we did not leave hungry as there was tons of food! Unfortunately, we went on Saturday night and the band that was playing was far too loud for the 9 people that were in the restaurant. We just wanted to eat and talk and, even when we were shouting at each other across the table, we couldn't hear each other. There was nobody on the dance floor and that made them sound even louder without any need to be that loud. The band could have played at half the volume they were playing at until a crowd came later in the evening and it would have made the evening far more enjoyable. We ate and got out of there so we could hear each other.

The service was great! Not overall impressed with the food. I could tell the fryer oil needed to be changed because the fries wore very dark. I asked the server if she knew which days the oil gets changed and she said she would find out but maybe forgot because she never came back with the answer.

Amazing food, and some of the best staff in any restaurant in Charlottetown. Keep up the good work ladies & gents!

If you want to play blues,listen or just get something Goooood to eat; do it at the Factory Cookhouce & Dancehall Sat after noons About 2:30-4:30 It'll make your day and get ya all tuned up for a Saturday Night!!!

Will be back for sure. Our server Sam was awesome. Worth the trip from Fredericton, NB. Highly recommend it.

Went there for our first time to take in the Islanders games. Food is fantastic and staff is amazing. Will definitely be back!
