This place literally blew my mind, the atmosphere is super modern, the menu has the best food ever, for the best prices and the service was also the tops. So jealous we have nothing similar, closer. I live in Antigonish and while we have some tight spots this place is next level.
Great place! Lots of beer on tap, plus bottles, mixed drinks, wine, cider. Food is delish, everything is $8 and clearly labebelled with vegan and gluten free options!
First time there last night finally and it was fantastic! Wonton nachos and the wings hit my tastebuds like a freight train and I was completely surprised at how big the portions were. I had an expectation of a lot of little sides but we rolled out of there straight into the fat pants at home and caught our breath. Great menu. Very cool space great job!
This is a great place in Charlottetown for beer and retro music. They play real vinyl and it gives a great vibe. My main complaint is the food- we have eaten there many times. Although the menu is creative, and reasonable priced, and looks great in photos, it’s also quite mediocre. Almost every dish I’ve had has been way too salty. The veggie stew my wife had a few days ago was the same and the vegetable were completely undercooked. They change the menu constantly- so in one way this provides a nice variety, but on the other, once you find something you like, it’s soon gone- frustrating. Anyway- suffice it too say you should definitely go there for the great selection of craft beers and the great music. Just don’t go expecting great food.
2/24/2022 Going to give the fried pickles and nachos a go! Cheers
I recently dined here as part of a table for ten. Our service was good, friendly and quick. The food took a little while, but when it came out we were all served in close succession so I could understand why it took time for all ten!
The menu was fun- Including some items you likely wouldn’t find elsewhere in Charlottetown. If I go back, I’m trying the ramen dog as I’m told it was a highlight. We had some vegan eaters and some gluten intolerant, and this spot was really good for that.
I had the Chicken Sausage Biscuit, which was nice- but one of those handhelds that you can’t really take a solid bite of. It’s built high and excessive in a burger love sort of way. It was delicious, but I had to use a fork and knife to try to get all the flavours at once. It was nice, but I’ll try something different next time.
The prices were really reasonable, and the portions were big. We were all too full at the end of it for sure.
Getting out of there was slick, billing was easy and fast.
The only downside was the seating for 10. It was really an 8 top with the other 2 people on the other side of a pole and sign. I likely wouldn’t book here for another group of that size, as they said its how the always do 10 tops.
I didn't come here for a drink but this place is definitely recommended to gather with friends and grab some beers. Very attentive and friendly staff. Their food menu is reasonable priced. However, this chef's pork belly and gnocchi is too salty for me. But bonus points are big portion and the taste and flavor combination is distinctive.
This is a great little pub with a unique twist! Nice selection of beers to choose from, but not too big of a list that you can’t figure out what to drink. They change the menu every two weeks, so the dishes are really quite cool. Food was top notch for pub food and unique as well. They also play cool vinyls on their record player. I’ll be coming back for sure!
What a great place. I love the vinyls and you can pick and request to play.
Great atmosphere.
I like this place. They have a decent selection from local breweries. The service in my experience has been great, generally very prompt and very friendly. The food here is also great, for the price you pay, you get a fair portion and from what I've sampled great flavors. Worth checking out if you're looking for a place to sample good music and good beer.
Beautiful ambiance, the rotating menu is delicious and original! And they have a great selection of craft beer! A must when in Charlottetown.
