Restaurant Du Vieux Moulin - Chambord - Photo album

We loved this place and the accommodation was superb. All the staff were excepionally friendly and the food at the Moulin restaurant was excellent again as was the service. We stayed in a room above the general store. It is newly refurbed and is very comfortable with a superb bathroom. My only criti
my second time and still was astonished but the nature wonders..site history..to find out that at the time this village was more developed than big cities..an people were filling blessed to live and work there
Very impressed with the immersive multimedia. The waterfalls are amazing and the view is astonishing. Bring your food and eat on site.
It was wonderful to feel myself literally go back in time with my visit at the Val-Jalbert Village ! I was a bit cautious of the nun on the church premises because of my colored hair😂 but she didn’t even gave me a second glance ! As I learned about the history of this church, I was so surprised and
Visited this place with my elderly parents since it was one of the very few things we can do in the area (low mobility). Didn't have big expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a cute little set up, but it's the surprising waterfall view that made it special. There were two viewpoints, on
This village is a must see when in the Lac Saint-Jean area. A very quaint town that was rich in resource back in the day. Everything is pretty much untouched with plenty to see and experience. The waterfall at the far end is beautiful and actually powers a mini hydro station. Very well kept property
Beautiful historical village. I liked the authenticity of the village. When visiting the houses it gives you an idea of how they were builed and the way of living in the 1920's. And I enjoyed the ambiance of the people who dress like in the 20's to make it all a real experience 💫
It's really worth to go. I'm single traveler and still enjoyed this place. Getting the history is very interesting. Explanations are in English as well. You can also hike up to the top of the waterfall or take the cable car.
