Review Mcdonald's - Castlegar

Honestly how hard is it to put the cheese in the middle of the 14$ burger? I like getting coffees here but when I get burgers the cheese is always messed up and the egg patties they use in the mornings sometimes have egg shells in them which isnt a great surprise. But its mcdonalds. I'm not asking for much, just the extra 1 second it takes to do things to a slightly higher standard.

Good junior chicken but need poutine back

Self serve center no paper, not a big deal, chicken burger was I am sure just a cut up rubber chicken. Serves me right for getting take out and not checking.

Friendly staff. Better McDonalds in the area. Whoever puts the fudge on the bottom of the sundae and on the top is my favorite

Asked for my burger without a bun, got a burger with a bun. When we took it back up they were like "can't you just remove the bun?" I'm sorry but that's not what I asked for, I'm celiac so eating out is already a risk. Then when I got it, my cheese was melting onto my plate, pickles and sauce were dumped onto the plate. I will avoid here in the future. Also they made fun of my dad and I who brought our own buns as we are celiac and without a bun the burgers aren't filling.

Jayce was wonderful and provided wonderful service. Definitely will come again

Giving two stars because I'm slightly impressed they can screw up the order 9/10 times

Fastest place to grab yourself some food poisoning! Would avoid this McDonald’s at all cost…
