Ordered chili, took a long time to get, had to go back to get napkins. While eating, we saw person after person coming in because their coffee and tea orders were wrong. Also, we don't need 23 salt and 24 pepper in our bag, wasteful.

Too corporate-y....they need to stand and support truckers which bring them so much business, or else Canada will turn on that one fast food corporation that markets on being soo Canadian. Your stuck Restaurant Brands International picking between BlackRock/Vanguard & your clients!!

The service at this location is incredibly below standard. I have gone there for three years now almost on a daily basis, and I have yet to receive my order as placed (including a mere medium coffee). In addition, the delays are crazy, even if there is only one person or car in front of you. The staff don't really seem to understand the basics of the job, and get visibly frustrated when they mess up the order. They could also use a garbage bin by their drive-thru lane, like all other locations. There seems to be a McDonald's being developed right next to them, so I hope that would incentivize them to get their act together.

Great location with fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh during peak times. Just wish the staff would put serviettes in the take out bags at the drivethru.

The first time I did not get any service at the counter. Decided to give them another chance on Sunday March 15. The second time still no service at the counter. I believe they only do Drive -thru. Won't be wasting my time at this location.
