I ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time yesterday. I got a small pepperoni and cheese pizza with some cinnamons. Unfortunately my pizza was not only undercooked but it was paper thin. Asked the person working how long a small pizza will take. He keep asking me for my name and then pricing out a personal pan instead of the small I asked for. The person is either not educated or is fresh off the boat.
Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was great, the other had barely any cheesd or sauce and the topping wad burnt. So i called the store to ask for a replacement. First they were reluctant and offered me a 20% discount on my next order. But, then agreez to bring me a new one.
