A&w Restaurant - Canmore - Photo album

I love A&W since my teenage years. So on my recent trip to the Canadian Rockies with my wife and daughters, we deliberately looked for an A&W to eat one last time before we flew home to Singapore. We had to drive off the Trans Canadian Highway to find one in Canmore on the way to Calgary Airport.

Its a nice location to take a stop, halfway from Calgary to Banff. We ordered a combo of sandhwich, fries & a drink. It was fresh & delicious. Thanks (drive-thru service & restroom available) IG @jas._.pics Feb 18 2022

Not a good experience at all. Bathrooms were dirty and was served 2 apple turnovers that were almost 3 hours past their serving time (we made our order at 12:06 noon) Plus onion rings I'm quite sure were old and redeepfried just so they could serve faster. Definitely won't go to this a&w again

I went at 6:30PM today and service was outstanding!! The 2 girls at the front counter were veryvpolite and friendly! It was busy and they were taking the time to deliver to the table since people were not listening when they were calling their numbers! Food was fresh and really like the improvements

We stopped at the drive thru for a quick breakfast on a very cold morning before heading to the slopes but their power had gone out over night, causing them to lose heat and all the pipes froze... so while we couldn't get coffee with our breakfast, they still provided friendly service and incredibly

This a&w location can't seem to get an order right no matter how many times you clarify it and ask questions about your own order to make sure you will be getting the right thing. It's not just a one off occurrence either it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. Would honestly give it zero stars if I could since it'

Large dining area, which is nice. Food pretty much what I expected. Disappointed when I asked for a vanilla shake, they couldn't fill that order. Chocolate, or two kinds of berry. Couldn't even offer root beer. Had a chocolate and learned that I'll never order another shake at A & W. Wasn't good at

This A&W is usually one of the best, but lately my orders have been messed up with consistency. Not sure why it's so difficult to not add pickles/tomatoes, and sub onions with grilled onions. 3/5 for now. If this keeps up, I'll adjust.
