Great spot! Ordered a large hot chocolate and then accidentally knocked it over, making a huge mess of the table and floor. The gals working ran out with cloths and a mop and were super good about my accident and made me a new drink. Super appreciate the staff! The hot chocolate with whipped cream was delish!

Ordered a caramel macchiato, didn't find it to be very flavorful , tasted bitter presentation was spot on but for nearly $6 I don't find myself going there again for that particular drink.
But the upside is they are local an sell their own coffee to take home so thats an added bonus

Very chill atmosphere. The service is very good , we felt welcome and our orders were processed quickly. The London fog I ordered was great from top to bottom.

Great atmosphere and really excellent, huge muffins.
They did a serious (ha!) Remodel this year and now it's even better. So bright with new furniture and lots of new comfy chairs. Still the best coffee shop in Campbell River.

The staff was rude. We came in for dine in before close and had asked for a table to be wiped down for us, which they did. However, immediately after we sat down, they came and told us we could not stay.
It was deeply disappointing as we would not have ordered had we known the store was closing.
Eggnog lattes are mid tier, gingersnaps are good.

Great coffee, great staff, great new owner who clearly cares!!! They redid the inside and it looks amazing! I deleted my old review and rating because they are absolutely amazing now. Love that its so close and that I'm always welcomed there. Keep killing it!

Nice place. The ladies behind the counter were quick and polite. The coffee and muffins were also good. The kicker was that we needed wifi to log onto the university registration page. I called the previous day to ask, and they young fella I spoke with was extremely helpful and generous with his information. Because of that alone, we went to Serious Coffee.
