Review Starbucks - Campbell River

Been studying at this location all day today from 9:00am-7:00pm. Must say the girls do a great job keeping it clean here! They are super friendly here. Keep it up ladies, definitely representing the Starbucks brand.

Well that was a very disappointing experience.. Ordered a grande no whip frappe with almond milk and some how it was $7+ .. ?? Then girl only fills it 3/4 full of watery not properly made drink.. I asked can you please fill it up .. she starts rambling that then she would have to make a new one and that’s the proper measurement.. On top of it all it tasted terrible watery and a gross huge ice chunk at bottom.. .I don’t know if girl is new to customer service or what, but personally I would apologize and be like absolutely let’s give you a quality drink for your value.. Don’t think that is asking too much?! Well I would never give a customer a thing I was not proud of or would expect for myself .. Then make me feel like something is wrong with me for asking for better quality.. Raise your standards maybe and maybe try to be a little more friendly .. Definitely have no desire to return to that Starbucks ever again and kinda sets a not great tone for the Starbuck brand??!

I usually give Starbucks a 5, as they are typically excellent. However, at this location the barista would not give me a refill because I had left the premises. Go to the other one by Save On. I suppose this one has better outdoor seating, but is attitude from you server worth it when you just spent $10 on coffee?

It's okay.. the coffee is overpriced but everyone knows that... the sandwiches aren't bad. The service is pretty good. Typical what you get at most Starbucks. Nothing exciting just average.

The first time I went to this Starbucks the line was it big, and 2 medium size drinks costed 10$, I had a gift card I had won, but otherwise I probably would not go here. It's prettyoverpriced and overrated but if your into that kinda thing this is for you.

Attitude from both cashier and barista. Waited 10 mins for 2 drinks (wasn't busy either). Coffee spilt on the floor and pick up counter.

Starbucks has excellent products. I get the double smoked breakfast sandwich almost every day and it's never dissapointing.

Bad service. Have my drinks made wrong half the times I've been here, I've got eye rolls and passive aggressive attitude when I try to get it right, even though it's a Starbucks guarantee. Today my cup was only half full and didn't even want to argue, jyst not coming back here
