Was totally disappointed, waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. We were never offered drinks or anything while seated. The restaurant was not busy at all, 3 tables of patrons and 4 servers. The servers were talking and ignoring patrons. Will not be back, worst service ever.

We are on a little holiday and stopped in for lunch as we don’t have White Spot in Parksville. We arrived after the lunch rush but before the dinner crowd. We sat in the lounge and had the best meal at any White Spot we’ve been to… we even ordered the hubby’s meal to go for our lunch tomorrow. Aweso

Standard White Spot fare with a few new selections. I tried the burger with truffle cheese. Very good. In comparison to the fast take out places, this is by far better for the little bit more you pay.

My fries were cold, i asked for triple O on my burger, never got it....my husband didn't order triple O and it appeared he got it...2nd time i have been disappointed with dinner. I'll have to only go for breakfast as I have always enjoyed that, and at that time the service is best.

We love whitespot usually for breakfast or lunch our server Tony and Josh are so fast and efficient I wish we could clone tony the world needs more servers like her never get flustered always in a great mood great person all around!!

Wife can't leave Canada without having a Monty Mushroom burger at White Spot. I take the Double Double with Poutine, and it's always good food.

White Spot is really behind its time. Not one veggie or seafood breakfast option. And a serving of greasy fried potatoes for breakfast. Hope they introduce some more variety to the breakfast menu in the coming future. I remember them having great veggies omelettes back in the day.
