We grabbed a couple coffees from here the other day, and I didn’t love them. The carpaccio was decent, but the Americano was terrible. I think their main thing here is tea, so if you’re visiting stick to that.

They have a large selection of teas of all kinds. I especially like their seasonal specials. We visited last Thursday at 3pm and the place was packed. Good service and wonderful selection of baked goods and bubble teas.

I'd like to give this delightful tea shop a good rating, but it was tooooooo noisey. The lady at the till kept yelling the orders to two other staff behind her. Have they never heard of paper order slips or even walkie-talkie with microphone /ear piece? With the machines blasting away for blended drinks, and the yelling of orders, I'll never go back. My husband said the carrot cake was good. They had a wide selection of loose teas and tea mugs, but I didn't buy any thing. I found it all quite expensive.

Service was very nice and the display of tea bags makes it easy to see what you'd like to get despite not being able to go inside, but unfortunately, I tried three different teas, and the quality of tea was not as good as I would have hoped and not as good as I've had before in other tea shops. The Black Chai was particularly bad with the addition of orange peel which rendered it undrinkable, and the Vanilla Black tea tasted really artificial.

Lovely, well-stocked tea shop with friendly staff and delicious treats and samples. Staff was very kind, especially to our kids.

Finally used a gift card that I had, and wished I used it sooner! Bought Earl Grey Stonehouse tea and wow, it is so delightfully delicious. Unfortunately due to Covid they have an order window outside of the store but do have a great list of products and window displays. Customer service was friendly :)

Delicious coffee crafted by a cheerful lady. Treat yourself with one of those spongy and moist raspberry-mango muffins. Monday to Friday, it opens at 8:00 am, making it a perfect stop to grab and go before taking the ferry.

Went here on a whim in Campbell River and we were SPOILED with the best service. The lady we spoke to really knew what she had, what ingredients they had, what they were similar to for name brand teas and made excellent selections. We have been happy with all our choices so far AND even though we don't live in town, they are willing to ship to us :) thank you for all your help! Oh and the iced caramel chai latte with almond milk was perfect!
