Review Royal Aroma - Campbell River

Visiting Campbell River for a few days and came here for dinner on our first night. Considering that this was a Monday night, the Restaurant was about 1/3 full with other diners..... service was quick and efficient ( the girl remembered all of our menu orders without having to write anything down .... impressive !!) Food came quickly..... and all it was all very good, Full of flavour and good sized portions. I couldn't finish mine...! I would recommend this place.

Very good food. Spice is calibrated a bit on the weak side - a medium here would be mild elsewhere - but plenty of other flavors presenting from fresh ingredients and good overall balance. Will order again when I return to CR.

The best Indian food I've ever eaten! The waitress recommended a meal which was really good. Unfortunately, we are from Germany and can not eat here more often.

We just ordered last night and were blown away. Major kudos to the chefs. The flavours were exceptional/complex with perfect heat. We got veggie vindaloo, palak paneer, and veg samosa’s - great value for portion size. We will 100% be back. Also the ladies up front were super friendly and lovely. Thanks everyone!

ordered the chicken korma. it's good just not spicy. they didn't give me an option for spice level. Naan. really good. enough for two people, price is awesome 👌

Honestly the best Indian Cuisine on North Vancouver Island. If you love curry, you will love this place. This is a must try! Edit: This is the best Indian food I have ever had.

Every single dish in the buffet was absolutely delicious! We moved from Victoria where we had fallen in love with Indian food and thought we would never find food so good, but we were wrong! So thankful we have a restaurant as good as Royal Zayka here in Campbell River!

Wonderfully prepared authentic Indian cuisine. The service is outstanding and the staff are very friendly. I keep going back again and again to eat my way through their menu. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. Thank you �

So good! True authentic Indian food. Exactly what I was looking for to satisfy my craving after returning home from asia! Delicious vegan and vegetarian options! My new fave place in town!!

Ordered the veggie pakora and fish pakora , both had very good flavor and not to spicy but i think because we ordered for take out by the time we got home they weren't as crispy as we would of liked. Also got the butter chicken medium..this was very good a 8.5 out of 10 Lamb curry medium hot Also good and spicy 8 out of 10 And chana pindi medium..again a solid dish 8 out of 10. The one thing i would say Is they know spice. I find if i order hot wings somewhere else they are maybe a medium on hot scale...not here..medium has some good heat while medium hot had a good little burn on our tongues. Will Be back glad your in Campbell river

A friend & I went here for lunch yesterday. We ordered vegetable samosas, garlic naan bread, saffron rice, palak paneer & paneer butter masala. With medium heat. Absolutely everything was delicious. We had wonderful service from Arti who was very helpful as we are fairly new to Indian cuisine. We HIGHLY recommend Royal Zayka!!! 5 stars!!!! Thank you so much. We'll definitely be back the next time we're down island.

We visited Royal Zayka las week and they definitely deserve 5 stars. Finally a fantastic indian restaurant in town! We had the Royal Mixed Grill, Chicken Mango Curry, and the Cheese Naan. All of them were spectacular, we will be back soon to celebrate my birthday that is coming up soon. If you like Indian food Royal Zayka is a must visit!

Hands down the best and most traditional Indian food I have since arriving in Canada. The owners are so friendly and help you with choices and traditional ways to eat Indian food.... just so great. Cathy

We really enjoyed the Mothers Day Buffet today! Everything was so delcious, especially the Chili Chicken and the Lamb Vindaloo. Also the Butter Chicken sauce was the tastiest I've had. We will be back. Our daughters loved the food too. So happy to have an authentic Indian Restaurant in Campbell River!!! :)
