Review Papa Johns Pizza - Cambridge

So after they messed up our first order they offered free pizza. I'm now 50 minutes in waiting on a pizza they said would be done in 25 yup last time we ever order from this store. Most of the time there isn't even anyone at the front counter. Please don't order from them this location is terrible.

That was a tasty couple of pizzas! Lots of cheese, crust was good. Sauce was good. I ordered the meatza and the super Hawaiian. Both very good. My only complaint is the garlic sauce. It tastes like the bottom of a bag of microwave popcorn. It’s a free throw in they give with their pizza so it’s no big deal. Service was good, pizza was good and it took less than 30 mins so I’m happy.

I came to order a pizza here for the first time today and all I saw was talking talking talking like it was a festival with little pizza making made me very sad. As I like to support locally please hire staff that are educated in customer service and turn around please !!!!! The one person didn’t even work here on my gosh yikes 😱

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak Pizza and donair pizza both had pineapples on it. Had to call head office to get a refund and service is terrible as if I did something wrong, will never prefer Papa John’s and will also be giving it bad reviews personally to friends and family. Never received an apology either !!!! Gave a one star rating just so I can write this review or there wouldn’t be one star rating .

This location seems to always mess up my pizza. Its quiet saddening actually. I have tested my theory a few times and have made it official that i will drive to Preston from now on or spend the extra for delivery from the Preston location. At this location the quailty is subpar at it best, and even the pepper on the side looks lifeless 0.o how do you even do that to a pepper 0.0?? I feel its pain while trying to eat this mixture of ingredients labelled as a "pizza". It seems the bottom of the crust is the only part of the crust that gets cooked in any way, and when paying for extra cheese i would expect it not to look like the night i had to use the remainder of the cheese in my fridge by sprinkling the few crumbs ontop of a dinner. So in other words, i highly do not recommend this location for pizza if you want to be satifisied in any manor, if youre looking to be hugely dissappointed with a side of surprise though this is definitely the place !

My son loved the pizza, he even ate the crust. Thank you to the lady with the turbin. You made the pizza perfectly 🥰

The parking could be improved so the in and out of cars and delivery people would be easier. But good pizza and good Cust service.
