Although their drive-thru was fast, the quality of service was disappointing. I ordered a sausage homestyle biscuit and added chipotle, after having to say the order 4 times, they drenched my sandwich in the sauce…. I shouldn’t have to specify the amount of sauce. Advising consumers to avoid this location.

Today I went to Tim’s before work; arrived at 3:12 it took longer then 20mins for my coffee. I had to leave without the sandwich I paid for as I was already late for work! The car in front left without coffee. They said short staff but no one works any sense of urgency. They frolic along and don’t care people are waiting for them! That is what is frustrating if you looking like your trying then people will be more patient.

There's so many things the cash register went down but "H" was super personable .Manager was great .
Waited ages for my bagels ordered double toasted, saw them on the side had to remind someone heard the 2 girls saying whoops those are supposed to be double toasted .
That were thrown at me ,dirty bag,barely toasted. I even asked the girl and she lied .
Called the Manager who was shocked and apologised and stood over the girls while they were remade and apologised again .
25 minutes for 2 bagels is ridiculous

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a chicken wrap with slow cooked chicken and got crispy but wait I’m not done. I called to complain and was told to come back and they would replace the wrap. So I waited in the drive thru forever just like the last time and got my replacement wrap with slow cooked chicken but this time there were no tomatoes. Don’t waste your time people go to another Tim Hortons.

Steeped tea old. Slow service. No buns for the sandwiches, they switched to grilled bread without informing me, it was falling apart and messy, and was awful. Too Late before I realized. Everyone was unorganized. Person on sandwiches didn't change gloves once and I was waiting there 15ish minutes.

Absolutely terrible service , worst staff ever. I ordered one ice cap when i going to pay for my order she gave me 2 icecap . When i say its only one icecap then she is going to so Rude, very irritable and completely put all her fault on me . She had no manners how to talk with customer I'll stay away from this location

Depends on the location and if it’s a afternoon or evening shift. If they don’t have enough steeped tea they will mix coffee with it. A truly disgusting drink and I usually find out after I’m on 401 miles down the road.

Placed my order on mobile.. waited for my order 20 minutes..the order was completely ignored till I walked in to grab my order …..I was treated differently based on colour by “Alex” working as a cashier where she was all cheerful with other race people …when asked about my order I was given a rude reply … terrible customer service…soon as I turned around after getting my order she is all screaming to other girls behind counter that she did not even take my order … Lady if you knew nothing why were you even talking to me.
