The wait time in drive thru is long compared to other tim hortons. I never had any issues with the food i ordered. But, the attitude of employees towards the customers need to be changed. The SLOWEST drive through in all of CANADA!!! I do not know how they function on a daily!!! To get an order it takes 10 mins PER CAR…. Your literally in the drive through for 15 mins after you order!! It’s crazy!! Train your staff to be faster! P.S wrote this review WHILE WAITING in line!

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve been to in all of Canada. It seems everyone here hates their lives. The wait times in drive thru are absolutely disgusting. With the price of gas please do better.

Best Tim Hortons in Cambridge, fast service fresh food n drink. Best supervisers and staff EVER. If the drive threw is a big line up, it's only because they are that good.

I have had the worst customer service ever at this place. The employees literally do not care about their job. They hand you drinks while having conversations with each other, not even acknowledging you're there. Tim Hortons needs to give their staff a training session on how to treat their customer

Ordered a 20 pack of Timbits. Apparently they can’t count that high. Cause I got 18 😂 always messing up the orders at this timmies. They don’t listen and are super slow. Great job guys.

It’s very strange here. Always 4 or 5 people working the drive thru while walk ins are lined out the door with only one person serving till.
