it was lunchtime and they ran out if fries, frustrating for some on a time limit. We were sent to the spots where you park and wait for food. Food came 10 minutes later and when we opened it at home the fries were all half full. Perhaps they put half fries in the orders to catch up? to make fries stretch for more orders? Not a very good experience.

Absolutely terrible. From the lack of customer service when placing an order, to the actual order. Pictured below are both medium (one a black coffee, with the top inch kissing) - no big deal, second is also a medium latte, that has below 1/2 the cup filled … getting this served after about a 8 minute wait. Order was incorrect, overcharged since a promo hot beverage was used on a coffee vs latte - mentioned this several times when ordering. I dislike that when you do drive though, you drive away and 5-10 minutes later you realize everything they got wrong or right - and the hassle of driving back to have it corrected is not worth the time and effort. Just very poorly managed.

It's tuesday 9:12am main & dundas branch no one is ordering in the drive thru but the indian lady won't use my code for the $1+tax ANY SIZE drink on the app. She's acting like a toddler. All i wanted she uses my code for $1 any size ice coffee/fountain drink.

Please update your hours on Google. It is not open 24 hours, tried to order inside for takeout at 11:30pm and was told to leave because they were closing. Other than that I don't really have a problem with this particular mcdonalds, it's okay. Edit: 11:45 about a month later, door locked, still not 24 hours despite signage saying otherwise

Went thru the drive thru at 11pm and ordered a fish filet combo. Worst takeout food I have ever purchased. Would return it if I could.

***NOT 24HRS**** I've attempted to order from this restaurant around 10 times this winter and each time they told me CLOSED. Hire a capable night shift manager or take your 24hr signs down and adjust your times on google accordingly. Never had an issue with A&W...So go give them your business when you are denied service.

Fries were hot which was nice. We went at 1am on May 24 weekend and ordered a Big Mac combo with a milkshake. Milkshake great, as always but major complaints with the Big Mac! The meat was cold, it was sloppily put together and the bun was super stale. Unfortunate experience for someone who doesn’t get McDonald’s very often.

Took 20 Minutes for them to give me a happy meal, and a spicy chicken burger meal. I think its called "Fast Food", employees were always distracted(females mainly). Food was great.
