Review Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery - Cambridge

Cassidy Harasym
The best hidden gem study spot in Cambridge. Great drinks, food and exceptional service to top. The friendliest staff in town are excited to see you whenever you come in. I frequent this place 2-3 times a week for this reason. If you are stopping by for a quick bite to eat, I would recommend the Chicken Caesar wrap, it is a go to of mine, paired with a power up smoothie. I have never waited long for service and always leave with a smile on my face. This franchise should serve as a role model for all other franchises with regards to customer care, service and efficiency.

If you want to get food, avoid. Three tiny slices of avocado and the same for the tomato on the power up breakfast baguette. Also the veggie wrap was pathetic - I've had it in other coffee cultures and got actual food in it. This had no sun dried tomato despite the guy insisting he had put some in and I asked for replacement for the goat cheese to avocado. There was nothing. Rip off for miniscule serves. I'm never coming back to this one.

My family and I have gone there a few times. Since the store has switched management we have had rude services, flavoured coffees don't taste right. Sandwiches are not good or money's worth. If you enjoy cofee culture go to another location or some other coffees house. Just wasted $10 on bad coffees.

We are regulars. We are always greeted with a smile and the service is great! The chai Latte is really good. The baked goods are hard to resist but the asiago breakfast sandwich is better than anything you can get at other coffee shops. AND they have ice cream!!! Highly recommend! Get out of your car and enjoy the atmosphere and personal touch.

Always nice! I dont eat dairy and they are so nice about it! The lovely women even knows my order! Have been coming here with my friend for 3 years, never had a problem except for the wobbly plates! Overall excellent everything! :)

Just noticed the comments below: Couldn't agree more with the Manager being a jerk and asking me to leave for not buying something - insisted that I never come back. Rude. The Manager couldn't have been more of a jerk - I would tell people to go across the street to the Tim Horton's for much better service. He had an attitude which was completely unreasonable. Awful experience and I have been there multiple times.

The staff were friendly, helpful and detail-oriented. They made my first experience an absolute treat. You have to try their Chocolate Butter Tart! It was fresh, decadent and silky. A chocolate lover's fix for their craving.

Ever since the change in management late last year, everything has gone downhill. Rude service, skimpy sandwiches, long waits, and a manager who goes back on what he says with regards to honouring bonus cards. When I told him this was going to be the last straw and asked him whether he would prefer the $5 or my continued business, he told me he'd rather have the $5. So be it. I told him I no longer wanted my order and rather than simply honour the card he previously said he would, he proceeded to pour my order down the drain. Vindictive, spiteful, rude and cheap. Don't waste your time. You'll get better service just about anywhere else!

I decided to visit here regardless of the dismal reviews left on Google. I wanted an atmosphere better than Tim Horton's.

I ordered the pumpkin spice Federico or whatever it is called. It is similar to a frappachino. It was fairly good.

The barista was friendly and offered suggestions since I told her out was my first time here.

The booths have outlets and the atmosphere is nice.

I would certainly return.

Nice spot for business meeting. Met a colleague there, great service. Booths and overall atmosphere very nice and relaxing. Food and coffee were good too. Well recommended, esp. over the other coffee chains us road-warriors frequent.

Can only go there sometimes.. You really have to pick the right time to go. During the week, there are two staff members in the morning, a gentleman and a younger blonde lady who are just the sweetest. They are always courteous and smiling. It is a great place to meet with friends, and outstanding atmosphere. Unfortunately, after several times of being argued with by a staff member, another customer told me he was the owner!! He and his wife work during the weekends and their service is what my friends and I consider unacceptable, we boycotted this location as our weekend meeting spot.

Overall, the food is okay. I much prefer the baked goods to the actual foods. The sandwiches have next to no flavor, the salads are often made with wilted lettuce, and half the time they put the wrong sauce on my food. Their coffee, however, is a million times better than any Timmies in this town. Sometimes I see the same cake in the display case for weeks, and often when I buy a piece it's very dry and hard. Their red velvet muffins are to die for, though, and I love their cookies. I just wish the owners would take after their kind staff, I'd love to visit more often but I refuse to deal with the owners ever again.
