Review Pizza Pizza - Cambridge

If I had a choice, I would have given zero star. I ordered a pizza last night online through website which was delivered a burnt. So, I complaint about it and I got a new one delivered to my home which literally has few droplets of sauce on it despite in my original order it was extra. I don’t know how I ended up ordering pizza at particular this outlet via pizza pizza website, which is far most from my location. Regretting of ordering pizza as the quality was below my expectation level. Really it’s a good way to demote people to use online ordering.

I ordered 1Large pizza for delivery. I asked pizza to be welldone but when I received the pizza it was burnt. Everytime this happens. It happened to me 2times. I suggest from my personal experience grab your pizza from some other store. Don’t waste your money by visiting to this store:(

Orderd 2 slices of Hawaiian pizza, employees are beyond rude. Pizza was stiff as a door nail only ate one slice and had a pretty bad stomach ache. Won't be eating here again I don't understand where the people that used to work here went the old staff was way better.

Great place, quick service . Staff is really friendly . Have been there couple times and will always visit them . Highly recommended if you want the best pizza and service!

When I arrived to pick up my order this afternoon the employee who served me was not wearing a mask while he took my payment. I assumed he would at the very least put his mask up when taking my pizzas out of the oven and slicing them…Nope! He instead decided to take a personal phone call and was practically shouting over my food while removing both pizzas from the oven and slicing them. Yuck! I can’t imagine that he did NOT leave his spit on my food yelling the way he did. Completely disgusting. Covid or not. When I questioned him about wearing his mask he replied that “sometimes” he wears it other times he doesn’t with a shrug. He then said he is vaccinated 3x —as if to suggest that him spitting all over my order was perfectly fine, and nothing to be concerned about. Of course, the employee working in the back was not wearing his mask properly either. If this is how they behave when people are there watching, what do they do when no one is looking? Forget the tamper proof box. My concern is what happens to the food between the oven and packaging. Sent from Outlook

Amazing pizza and service at this location! Ordered a panzo and I wanted it well done and they had no issue in doing so for me also ordered an Xl pizza and it was made well.

Excellent service from the outlet. Somewhat not great telephone customer service. The agent was in a hurry, and not willing to be helpful.yet, the out let that delivered the product was on time and took all the products that were ordered.
