Review Burger King - Cambridge

The service was horrible! I had to wait for my food for almost an hour, and the people behind the counter were just talking. There where alot of very angry people,the lineup was huge. The food was ok but I'm not going there again!

The people behind the counter during my visit were very nice. They were efficient, personable and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised. I also liked that they packaged my food nicely instead of just throwing it all into a bag. The only drawback was that some of their prices were higher ($1 more) than other Burger King in the cities. That is weird so one star knocked off for that.

Bit into a crispy chicken sandwich to find a large chunk of actively rotting lettuce half in my mouth and half in the rest of the burger I was holding. This wasn't simply discolored, I tasted it the moment I took the bite how rancid it was. I thankfully realized it before I started to chew and spit it out. I bought it on my way home, and didn't start to eat it until I got home, so taking it back would have been a 40 minute trip at least, and they were closed by then anyway. I gave a 1 star because this was the second screw up on the same order, as I had also ordered a triple whopper, which the person taking my order punched in as a "triple burger", thankfully I noticed that error before leaving, and the lettuce on it was fine. Utterly ridiculous that they could have had lettuce old enough to actually rot. Tonight is the beginning of a week of vacation and I was treating myself to some comfort food, so that just made this all the more outrageous. This location absolutely has earned it's low rating.

I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. I just finished ingesting what was perhaps the best burger of my life. Or, at least, definitely in the top 30 things that I've stuck in my mouth.

generally enjoy Burger King, so I stopped off here on my way to see a journalist from Vancouver deliver a speech in Kitchener, Ontario about the emerging tension between feminism and transgender activists, an interesting issue that has created a schism within some portions of the progressive left. unfortunately, my coffee was cold (despite the fact they said they needed 5 mins to "make it"), as were my mozzarella fries. Some activists refer to traditional feminists as "TERFs," which I regard as a term of disparagement. Check out the photo: the fries have been around so long in the warmer that they fused together. TERF stands for Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist. One star.

In my opinion Burger King has really stepped up there quality and they have the best value. I stopped going for a long time but have found myself enjoying it again!

"we don't accept coupons at this location" food tastes very salty/stale, drinks are watery! management should increase their standards.

It being a Burger King I already had my expectations set low. Upon biting into my burger all I tasted was regret and the side of onion rings were small and mushy. All this for a $14 combo. Truely disappointing.
