Review Cafe Du Monde Creperie - Cambridge

What a beautiful Farmer's Market! So many vendors, so many options! And a few different buildings to walk through as well! You will definitely need a couple hours to walk around and discover what it is you're looking for! I will definitely be back! We got there around 9:30am, by 12ish a lot of the produce was getting sold out. The next time we go, we will go right when it opens at 7am! ***Note: Make sure you get the Apple Fritters! The long line is worth the wait! It goes pretty fast!

We came here on this snowy day in February. The parking lot was still easy to access and was easy to park. We quickly made our way in. It had been years since we were here last. Many new shops since last time which was a welcome sight. We did a walk around the whole market prior to buying anything. Looking at all the shops and vendors. Be sure to leave the main market and head over to the other building where there is more food. We indulged in some peanut butter bars and my son enjoyed his cheesecake. The food is on the main level and the second level is all the goods. Everything from toys to metal art to pottery. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area or if you're looking for a day trip somewhere. 5/5.

Visiting The farmers market, I felt as if I time travelled 2 decades in the past. You can find stuff ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, deli, meat to home decor, souvenir, kitchen supplies, ceramics, terracotta etc. Things I bought: 1. Locally brewed beer 2. Feta cheese 3. Ceramic pots 4. Blueberries

Best of the best farmers market. It has an immense collection of stuff from vegetables, food, artisan products. If you’re here, don’t forget to grab Apple Fritters. You might have to wait for 30mins in line to get these.

Amazing place to go. Be mindful of your time to go and come especially by bus since it can get crowded. Such good deals on produce and other stuff! I also recommend trying Veggie Burger inside the food court. 10/10

Wonderful facilities, many vendors with lots of different food, household and souvenir/gift options. My wife and I loved it! We will definitely try to visit again next time we're in the area.

So many great farmers and vendors with fresh fruit and veggies and various other goods outside. And lots of interesting booths inside like local artist pottery etc. Quality of the produce was very good and all the meats purchased inside were as well!! Glad to see they have gone back to a more traditional market

A lot of different vendors. The food was delicious but the vendor where we bought sausage rolls from couldn’t warm it. So we had to eat it cold. Not a great experience. Some vendors do not accept credit cards so I recommend bringing cash with you.

I read some of the reviews here and I am happy to see that I wasn't wrong, the service is great. The Creperie is amazing and it always reminds me how I used to buy fresh crisp creperie as a kid and this was the best treat for me on a festive day or a breezy weekend. The taste of deja-vu as I like to say.

On May 6, 2017, we hired Cafe du Monde Creperie to provide lunch to almost 100 badminton players at one of our tournaments.  The food was delicious.  Throughout the day, there was a light drizzle and people were still willing to wait outside for their food which goes to show how yummy the food was.  Slight disappointment by some by the long wait and some highly anticipated items were out of stock by some of those having a later lunch.  Overall, the food was just as fresh as the pictures have them and very delicious.

We hired Cafe du Monde to provide appetizers between the ceremony and reception at my daughters wedding. The presentation, quality and taste could not have been better and the service was also top notch and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend the service and will definitely hire them again.

Great Mediterranean Crepe for Lunch. Food trucks in the Waterloo Tech Park are a great addition..and today I was lucky enough to have a crepe from Café Du Monde....Awesome...just the right amount of filling and the crepe, itself, was terrific. New server (first day on the job) in the truck and his personality was outstanding. Very customer focused young man.

Shame on you. In your greed to do any and all things to make money you have sold the soul of your businee out to the very people you opened your food truck to NOT be.<br/>I drove to Niagara on the Lake to Peller estates as this is where your website said you would be only to find that Peller was charging admission to access your food...really???????? Never would a food truck in the states EVER consent to be pawns for the snooty corporate bucks of the calibre of Peller....who charges admission to eat food from a food truck? Obviously you think that somehow this elevates your position by playing along but in my books you are a sell out and I for one will never be one of your customers. If you don't have enough faith in your ability to make a go of it without the likes of Peller then you have no business being in this business, go ask for a job from Peller
The Finicky Foodie
A few Sundays ago the Outlaw Food Truck Rally was held downtown. I always make sure to check each truck’s menu before deciding where to get my food. Although there were many trucks present that I had yet to try, none seemed to tickle my fancy except for one I’ve already been to; Café du Monde Crêperie.

Despite the sprinkling rain and grey skies, I trekked back on down to Centre in the Square for more food truck fun this evening. Tonight’s dish came from Café du Monde Crêperie . There weren’t many folk out (likely due to the weather) so I didn’t feel bad having a chat with the fellow behind the window about how I’d checked out their menu online and was curious if they only carry portions of it each time they go out because the Caribbean I’d been looking forward to was not on the list of options tonight. He explained that due to the fact that they were not sure if they’d be very busy this evening they did not bring all of their ingredients along, but he assured me they would have what I want on Mon night! In the meantime, he helped me come up with something else I would like. What I ended up with, this jolly gentlemen dubbed ‘The Sicilian’. Basically, it was the Italian with chicken added. All of the ingredients were fresh. The goat cheese was ve

dd description, but I would say that this crepe was elegantly made. It was crisp yet chewy with generous fillings such that every mouthful exploded with chocolaty goodness. Check out Café du monde at the market (Thursdays & Saturdays), you will not be disappointed!
Tips Are Included!
At the Cafe du Monde Creperie truck we ordered the "Original Crepe" with nutella and bananas...that's my Paris favourite.
