Review Pizza Hut - Cambridge

Tried to place an order online & there was an issue upon ordering (the order did not show the wing flavour we selected), attempted to call the store to confirm and it appears they have changed their store customer service to what seems like a literal call centre. Your call doesn’t go to the actual store and you are put on hold forever and told “all of our agents are currently busy” and that you can “place an order online”. Not sure why you have to wait for an “agent” and not a Pizza Hut employee at the location you’ve ordered at. Definitely not a good business move on Pizza Hut’s part. We will order elsewhere in the future. Bring back real employees and real customer service.

I think owner is not taking care or pizza hut franchise is done with their business. I went to store on June 5th 2022 at 9:00 pm with valid coupon of this specific store. The guy on counter refuses to accept coupon and told me to do the online order. I informed him that the coupon I printed and given to him is clearly says present it to the counter. But the guy refuses to do anything. Such a useless person they are hiring. Avoid this location if you can.

The food is great. They make their pizza quick and tasting great. If you have a problem they are super friendly and try to help sort out the issue.

Pizza is fairly.decent, could use more sauce if in being honest. Boneless wings are good, sauces are on the hot side, so choose honey bbq if you dont want to burn your mouth off.

Only reason for going Pizza Hut was 'Creamy Butter Chicken Sauce" Now discontinued - not going back there

Pizza Hut has really gone down quick. Once upon a time this was the place to go to get a great pizza, times have changed. This location has got to serve the worst pizza ever. Even though we asked for well done pizza, the pizza was undercooked so much that the dough was still raw. It was absolutely disgusting. When we called to complain to ask that they remake or refund, they said it was against their policy. They asked that we come show them the pizza. When we went back, without even taking a look at the pizza, they refused to do anything because a couple slices were eaten. I would not recommend anyone purchase pizza from this location, please read the other comments as well, customer service is horrible, food is terrible, and the managers are not willing to provide even adequate customer service.

Veggie.pizza thin crust tasted good with sufficient veggies(onion mushroom pepper) and pine apple , garlic dip extra

I was their regular customer , today tried to order over phone, computer keeps telling to order from online, and took forever, I hung up phone and called to pizza- pizza. 30 seconds they took it to pick up a call. If owner is really serious about his/her business then fix this issue , otherwise you be out of the business soon. This is my genuine opinion, by the way I love their pizza. Very good quality.
