Review Jimmy The Greek - Cambridge

Tonight was probably the last time I will eat here. I choose this place as its a healthier meal. The women who work here are rude, seemed annoyed to be serving you. The salad was running low so the lady dumped the lettuce from the bag but didn't mix in the cabbage and carrots. Put them aside. I had to ask for the salad to mixed for my order. I prefer more salad than rice so that's what I asked for. She barely gave me enough salad then the usual 3 pieces of tomato, 3 olives, small spoon of thinly sliced cucumbers and a little feta. She handed it off to another lady who also seemed annoyed to be serving me. Never once have they said hello, acknowledged any sort of interest to interact, just rush you through. The food was not that good tonight, chicken was burnt and dry, taziki was watered down. Not what the original creator of this restaurant would be proud of.

Disgusting establishment. Spoiled lettuce served. This place should be shut down. Wasted 14 dollars, gained valuable lesson. Never again. This place will not have my business. What a dump. Strongly do not recommend this place.

Horrible place the women that worked there, was the rudest person ever. They only put one slice of tomato or one piece of olive on my salad!!! Will never order from here again.

Very poor customer service. Rude servers. They should be checked by Ministry of Health for the way they prepare and cook the meat. Inconsistent, if not burnt, raw with blood on their roast chicken and if you inform them, they'll get mad! Addt'l info...we saw that when they closed, they just left the add ons for the salad, "slightly covered" overnight. So when the lights off in the mall, who knows what kinds of insects crawl inside, that will cause gastro.problems to customers. Never will we eat here ever again!!!

Terrible. You would think they are giving the food away for free. Very expensive for what you get. Hardly any rice and the potatoes they give are so small it isn't even 1 potatoe. A few leaves of salad and dried out meat. Customer service is Terrible. Very impolite.. Their prices have increased but the quality of food and service has not. Do not eat there you will starve.

WORST. RESTAURANT. EVER. My father used to be friends with the owner and always did favours for the man. The woman running this Place is a vile disgusting Greedy person. She seized every small opportunity to CHARGE more like she adds 1 spoon of cheese for 5$!!!!! Like man The food is so small in quantity you can rather buy 2 subs With her 10$ Souvlaki meal plan The food quality has gone done. Cold and the fact that it is dirty around the cooking area makes me want to call a health inspector. Lettuce and salad are completely dry and look like it’s been there for weeks . Potatoes are stiff and look like they sat there for weeks not to mention WAY TOO OVERPRICED , The food is sitting there cold and needs a solid 10 minutes to be refined warmly. The place is barren and the staff are never present. The fact that they increased the prices is sad. Please go to another chain of restaurant this one is way too Greedy Go to the one in Conestoga 5 Stars for them!!

The most disgusting and rude customer service I've experienced my whole life. The overweight lady worker with the creepy contacts followed me around the mall accusing me of having my card being declined. When very clearly when I paid my card was approved with RECEIPT PROOF and money was taken out of my account. Only after I was FORCED to show her my online banking and for her to see my approved transaction she left me alone and stop harassing me. But not without cussing me out for HER MISTAKE first. She completely tried to embarrass me and harass me for absolutely no reason. I even contacted Jimmy head office to no avail. Will never ever give my money to this disgusting establishment again.
